Abstract

Sufi interpretation is an important part in expressing the meaning contained in the Qur’an, there is the meaning of outer and inner meaning. The meaning of outer is the outside of textual meaning that is the spiritual area. Sufi interpretation does not mean leaving the aspect of outer or aspects of language, but at the same time combing the inner aspect, this also happens in the book of Tafsir Fayd al-Rahman by KH. Shalih Darat. The intended orientation in Sufiinterpretation is more about overcoming mental problems that often forget the essence of essential life. The inner meaning will provide added value in matters of worship, especially in the interpretation of the letter (Q.S. al-Baqarah: 183). In interpreting the verse KH. Shalih Darat interprets the Isyari, so that the essential inner meaning is obtained to express the social dimensions that encourage the birth of empathy in the family, social, and among humans. So that the container in realizing superior social dimensions in the community needs to increase fasting both in terms of dhohir and in terms of the heart. The approach taken in this study uses a sufistic approach to the theory of Sufi Ishari and Isharah method (Devine Method). The results obtained from the interpretation of the verse parse about fasting there are four things, taqwa which manifests on the dimension of divinity and the human dimension of basyariah, manifests itself in the form of love between humans, disciplined life and tazqiyah al-Nafs.Keywords: Fasting, Tafsir Faidh al-Rahman, Sufistik Logic

Abstract

In doing legal decide and efforts made by Law Scholarships (read: Mujtahid) to understand text, basically not only refers to the form of pronunciation with a variety of pronunciation arrangement or it can be called the appropriate meaning of what is written, but the implicit meaning is like the sign of the meaning contained in the pronunciation and with it. In the science of Ushul Fiqih can be affirmed through Dalalah is a purpose to a certain meaning. Because Dalalah is a relationship between al-Dal and al-Madlul Al-Dal is lafazh while Al-Madlul is linguistik meaning (lughowi) Suppose al-Dal recites "prayer" while al-Madlul means prayer. Then the appointment of “Sholat” meaning in the prayer was called Dalalah. So that in the next discussion in the Hanafiah School divides into 4 types in the designation of meaning to the pronunciation, namely Nash, Ibarah Nash is a sentence instruction (Lafadz) to the desired understanding according to what is told directly by the sentence itself. Isyarah Nash is Signs and al-Nash are the designation of pronunciation of a legal provision that is not mentioned directly by the pronunciation of texts but is the norm for the meanings talked and expressed for it. Dilalah Nash is a pointer to the nash pronunciation or a legal provision also applies to something that is not mentioned because there is the existence of the ‘illat equation between the two, and Iqtida’ Nash (Muqtada al-Nash) is the designation of the nash to something that is not mentioned which is not mentioned.

Abstract

The Qur'an couldn't be separated from the series of event and history of revelation bestowed on the Prophet. This matter is the reason for the difference in the writing of the Qur'an and the Hadis of the Prophet. The Qur'an at the era of the Prophet still had many sahabat who memorized the Qur'an, and at that time it had not been recorded and saved regularly in one Mushaf, still in the form of stone chip, date fronds and so on. but along with the events of the Yamamah war and many memorizers of the Koran died on the battlefield, the Messenger of Allah advised that there should be a delegation to collect the writing of the Qur'an into one mushaf. In writing the Koran led by Zaid Ibn Thabit, the method of collecting and writing the Qur'an was born. The writing of the Qur'an which we now know as Rasm al-Qur'an is called Rasm Uthmani. The Rasm Uthmani became an irreversible part of the Al-Qur'an Mushaf. Because of the accuracy of the verses of the Qur'an that have been agreed upon, the mutawatir history includes all verses that are not mansukh al-tiwalah. Then remove all writing that is not part of the verses of the Qur'an His writing include (al-Akhruf al-Sab'ah), as the Qur'an was revealed. The verses are as we can read in the verses that are arranged in the Qur'an today. The majority of scholars are of the opinion that Rasm Ottoman is tauqifi. Some scholars say that Rasm Ottoman is isthilahi, or the ijtihad of the companion.

Abstract

Teori kritis memungkinkan kita membaca produksi budaya dan komunikasi dalam perspekstif yang luas dan beragam. Ia bertujuan untuk melakukan ekplorasi reflekstif terhadap pengalaman yang kita alami dan cara kita mendefinisikan diri sendiri, budaya kita, dan dunia. Saat ini teori kritis menjadi salah satu alat epistemologi yang dibutuhkan dalam studi humaniora. Hal ini didorong oleh kesadaran bahwa makna bukanlah sesuatu yang alamiah dan langsung. Bahasa adalah media transparan yang dapat menyampaikan ide-ide tanpa distorsi, sebaliknya ia adalah seperangkat kesepakatan yang berpengaruh dan menentukan jenis-jenis ide dan pengalaman manusia. Dengan berusaha memahami proses dimana teks, objek, dan manusia diasosiasikan dengan makna-makna tertentu, teori kritis mempertanyakan legitimasi anggapan umum tentang pengalaman, pengetahuan, dan kebenaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pendekatan para orientalis dalam studi tematik terhadap al-qur’an dengan menyoroti metode, asumsi, serta respon akademik dari kalangan sarjana muslim. Studi orientalis sering kali menggunakan pendekatan filologis, historis, dan intertekstual yang menimbulkan kontroversi karena memosisikan al-qur’an sebagai teks sejarah, bukan wahyu ilahi. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dan pendekatan studi pustaka, penelitian ini menelaah pemikiran tokoh-tokoh orientalis serta respons kritis terhadapnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan orientalis terhadap tema-tema al-qur’an perlu dikritisi secara akademik agar tidak mengaburkan makna wahyu, namun tetap dapat diadopsi secara selektif sebagai kontribusi ilmiah. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pendekatan integratif antara metode ilmiah dan nilai-nilai keislaman dalam studi al-qur’an.
