Abstract

Abstrak. Permasalahan kesehatan mental semakin menjadi topik yang menarik dalam kehidupan kita untuk dibahas. Sudah semakin banyak orang yang aware terhadap kesehatan mental pribadi maupun orang lain. Permasalahan Kesehatan mental seperti deperesi, stress, frustasi dan traumatik dapat diatas dengan psikoterapi. Psikoterapi Islam dapat diterapkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan kesehatan mental. Psikoterapi Islam merupakan integrasi antara ilmu Psikologi dan ajaran agama Islam. Salah satu kajian yang dibahas dalam Islam adalah Tawakkal. Tawakkal merupakan aliran Psikoterapi Sufistik. Tawakkal dalam tasawuf merupakan jiwa individu yang merasa dalam ketenangan dan kenteraman dalam keadaan apapun, baik dan buruk. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana model psikoterapi tawakkal dan dikaji menggunakan metode kepustakaan. Sumber yang digunakan terdiri dari buku dan jurnal serta Al-Qur’an dan Hadist yang membahas tentang Psikoterapi Islam dan Tawakkal. Berdasarkan sumber yang digunakan ditemukan bahwa model psikoterapi tawakkal itu bersumber pada individu yang menyerahkan diri kepada Allah dengan mengkhitiarkannya. Implementasi model psikoterapi tawakkal dapat digunakan dengan mengintegrasikan konsep tawakkal dengan terapi Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Kata kunci: Psikoterapi Islam, Tawakkal, Tasawuf Abstract. Mental health issues are increasingly becoming an interesting topic in our lives to discuss. More and more people are aware of their personal mental health and that of others. Mental health problems such as depression, stress, frustration and trauma can be treated with psychotherapy. Islamic psychotherapy can be applied to overcome mental health problems. Islamic psychotherapy is an integration between psychology and Islamic teachings. One of the studies discussed in Islam is Tawakkal. Tawakkal is a school of Sufistic Psychotherapy. Tawakkal in Sufism is the soul of the individual who feels in peace and tranquility in any circumstances, good or bad. This study aims to determine how the model of tawakkal psychotherapy and is studied using the literature method. The sources used consist of books and journals as well as the Qur'an and Hadith which discuss Islamic Psychotherapy and Tawakkal. Based on the sources used, it was found that the model of tawakkal psychotherapy was based on individuals who surrendered themselves to God by doing it. The implementation of the tawakkal psychotherapy model can be used by integrating the concept of tawakkal with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Keywords: Islamic Psychotherapy, Tawakkal, Sufism

Abstract

Orang melayu memiliki peradaban yang tinggi dalam memilihara tatanan nilai-nilai budaya. Kearifan lokal merupakan warisan leluhur atau nenek moyang yang harus dilestarikan salah satu kearifan lokal masyarakat melayu adalah festival lampu colok. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana nilai-nilai kearifan lokal festival lampu colok ditinjau dari aspek psikologis. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode library research. Hasil yang ditemukan dalam penulisan ini adalah dalam pelaksanaan festival lampu colok, aspek psikologis yang terkandung adalah nilai social support dan juga perilaku prososial hal ini terlihat dari antusias masyarakat ditandai dengan solidaritas dan kerjasama dalam melestarikan kearifan lokal lampu colok, dimulai dari mencari kayu sampai mendirikan gapura dan memasang lampu colok. Dalam hal ini perilaku social yang terlihat adalah tidak perduli kaya atau miskin semuanya saling bekerjasama baik dalam bentuk tenaga ataupun materi (donasi) agar festival tersebut tetap terlaksanakan dan dilestarikan. Nilai-nilai Psikologis tersebut juga berkaitan dengan tunjuk ajar Melayu Riau dari Tennas Efendi mengenai persatuan dan kesatuan, gotong royong dan tenggang rasa yang selama ini dijadikan pedoman masyarakat melayu dalam kehidupan bermasyakarat.

Abstract

Riau is a province in Indonesia with a majority ethnic Malay community. The Malay community has various cultural traditions, one of which is Tepuk Tepung Tawar. Writing this article aims to discuss the Tepuk Tepung Tawar tradition and the meaning contained in carrying out this tradition. Data collection was carried out using the library research method and interviews conducted with the Chairperson of the Pelalawan Traditional Malay Institute (LAM). The results show that Tepuk Tepung Tawar is a tradition originating from the Malay community and has been carried out since the time of the previous kings. Tepuk Tewar Tawar is done to express gratitude and prayer requests. The Tepuk Tepung Tawar tradition has several meanings in its implementation including a Malay expression regarding this tradition, the person doing the offering, the equipment used and the procedure for carrying out it. Abstract

This paper aims to provide information about the Ruwahan tradition carried out by the Palembang Malay community and discuss it from a psychological perspective. The author obtains information from various relevant writing sources through the library research method. From the perspective of Psychology, the Ruwahan tradition of the Palembang Malay community, there is a social learning process, because this tradition is a learning process that is carried out from generation to generation. In the Ruwahan tradition, social interaction takes place in the form of cooperation, where the Palembang Malay people work together from the preparation stage until the Ruwahan tradition is completed. A Ruwahan tradition is a form of prosocial behavior, where the host invites neighbors and relatives to give charity without expecting anything in return.

Abstract

Powtoon animated media comes with various features, tools, and animations that teachers can use as effective learning media in the form of animated videos that motivate students and can improve their critical thinking skills in science learning. Seeing the current development phenomenon, a powtoon animation media was developed with these features, tools, and animation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of inquiry-based learning-based powtoon animation video media in improving students' critical thinking skills in science subjects in elementary schools. This type of research is a quasi-experimental research with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population of this study were fifth grade students at SDN 016 Bukit Ranah Kampar, totaling 40 students. Data collection techniques using observation and tests. The data obtained and analyzed using statistical analysis techniques, namely the t-test. The results of this study indicate that the use of powtoon animation video media has an effect on the critical thinking skills of fifth grade students at SDN 016 Bukit Ranah. This is evidenced by the t-test with a significance level of 5%, the t table is 2.021. It can be concluded that the tcount is 2.029 > from the ttable, which is 2.021. By obtaining a = 5% for the two-party test. Obtained t table is, 2.201 it can be concluded that tcount is obtained 2.209> from ttable which is 2.021. Thus Hₒ is rejected and Hₐ is accepted. This shows that the critical thinking skills of the two groups are significantly different. The difference in the posttest average scores on the results of students' critical thinking skills in the experimental and control classes, the experimental class that was treated using the Powtoon animation video media had an average score of 76.5, while the control class obtained an average score of 67.5, so it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the use of powtoon animation video media on students' critical thinking skills. For this reason, it is hoped that teachers can maximize the use of effective learning media in the form of powtoon animated video media.
