Abstract

This study employed a descriptive qualitative method with an error analysis approach to examine language inaccuracies found in online news titles and texts as well as their impact on readers’ comprehension. Employing a descriptive qualitative method with an error analysis approach, data were sourced from five articles on Detik.com (May 2026) across various fields (economy, environment, culinary, health) and analyzed based on EYD and KBBI. The results revealed 42 errors across eight categories: non-standard language (21.43%), ineffective sentences (16.67%), diction errors (11.90%), morphological errors (11.90%), syntactic errors (11.90%), spelling errors (9.52%), redundancy (9.52%), and language logic errors (7.14%). Non-standard language and ineffective sentences were the most dominant findings. These linguistic errors result in semantic ambiguity, information distortion, and decreased media credibility. This study recommends stricter language copyediting standards in online newsrooms.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to maximize the production profits of Coffee Milk and Tea Milk in a cafe in Tanah Karo using a graphical linear programming method through the Autograph application. The information used includes production costs, production time per cup, and weekly profits. The constraints encountered were a cost limit of 645,000 per week and a production time of 684 minutes per week. An objective function was created to optimize the profits of both products. Calculations both manually and through Autograph showed that the optimal point was at coordinates (1,1) with the highest profit value reaching 867,000 per week. Therefore, balancing the production proportions between Coffee Milk and Tea Milk is an important factor in achieving maximum profits. Keywords: Autograph; Coffee Shop; Graphical Method; Profit Optimization   Abstrak: Studi ini bertujuan untuk memaksimalkan keuntungan produksi Kopi Susu dan Teh Susu di sebuah kafe yang berada di Tanah Karo dengan menggunakan metode pemrograman linier grafik melalui aplikasi Autograph. Informasi yang digunakan mencakup biaya produksi, durasi pembuatan per gelas, serta keuntungan mingguan. Kendala yang ditemukan adalah batasan biaya sebesar Rp645.000 per minggu dan waktu produksi selama 684 menit per minggu. Fungsi tujuan dibuat untuk mengoptimalkan keuntungan dari kedua produk. Perhitungan baik secara manual maupun melalui Autograph menunjukkan bahwa titik optimal berada pada koordinat (1,1) dengan nilai keuntungan tertinggi mencapai Rp867.000 per minggu. Oleh karena itu, keseimbangan proporsi produksi antara Kopi Susu dan Teh Susu merupakan faktor penting dalam meraih keuntungan maksimal.
