Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and trust on purchasing decisions as interverning variables partially or simultaneously. The data analysis method used is casual associative using a quantitative approach. This research uses SPSS version 27. The sample of this research is 96 Tokopedia consumers who buy Nature Republic products as respondents. Sampling using purposive sampling technique using a questionnaire instrument to collect data. The research results show that: 1). Partially Promotion (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision tcount 4.030 > ttable 1.661 with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted (Y). 2). Partially Trust (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions tcount 6.717 > ttable 1.661 with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted (Y). 3). Simultaneously, it shows that promotion (X1) and trust (X2) have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Because the Fcount value (120.615) > Ftable value (3.09) and the significance value F (0.000) < error rate (α = 0.05), then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

Indonesia is the second largest contributor of plastic waste in the sea in the world, causing the government to issue policies to tackle plastic waste. The retail entrepreneurs association as the largest contributor of plastic waste follows government policy by providing environmentally friendly shopping bags/tote bags. Therefore, Niceso Ciruas, Serang Regency has adopted the policy. The policy affects consumer behavior. Green buying behavior is influenced by many factors, one of which is the perception of value and perception of risk. This study aims to determine the effect of value perception and risk perception on green purchasing behavior in shopping bag / tote bag users in Niceso Ciruas, Serang Regency. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The population criteria were consumers of Niceso Ciruas, Serang Regency and a sample of 100 respondents using the formula proposed by Slovin and Mustafa with a confidence level of 90% with a value of e = 10%. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires to consumers of Niceso Ciruas, Serang Regency. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis using SmartPLS 4.0. This study found that value perception has a positive and significant effect on green purchasing behavior and risk perception has a positive and significant effect on green purchasing behavior in tote bag users in Niceso, Ciruas, Serang Regency.

Abstract

Yuli Astuti dan TartoABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan, berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran sejarah melalui metode pembelajaran cooperative script. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas XI MIPA 1 SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 yang berjumlah 29 orang terdiri dari 9 orang laki-laki dan 20 orang perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket, observasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan persentase. Keaktifan peserta didik dapat ditingkatkan melalui metode cooperative script. Hasil prasiklus kategori baik dan sangat baik sebanyak 18 orang (62,06%), siklus I 19 orang (65,51%), dan siklus II 23 orang (79,31%). Kemampuan berpikir kritis dapat ditingkatkan dengan melalui metode cooperative script. Kemampuan berpikir kritis prasiklus kategori baik dan sangat baik 17 orang (58,62%). Siklus I 21 orang (72,41%), dan siklus II 26 orang (89,65%). Hasil belajar dapat ditingkatkan dengan melalui metode cooperative script. Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal prasiklus 6 orang (20,68%), siklus I 17 orang (58,62%), dan siklus II 23 orang (79,31%).Kata Kunci : Pembelajaran, Tindakan, Keaktifan, Meningkat.This study was conducted to improve students’ activity, critical thinking, and learning outcomes through cooperative script learning method. This research is a classroom action research. The subject of this study was consisted of 29 students, 9 males and 20 females XI MIPA 1 SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta. The research data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires, observations and tests. The data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive and qualitative percentages. There was an improvement in students’ activity through cooperative script learning method. The pre-cycle result that there were 18 students (62.06 %) achieved good and very good category. In the first cycle 19 students (65.52%), and in the second cycle 23 students (79.31%). There was an improvement in students’ critical thinking through cooperative script learning method. In the pre-cycle were 17 students (58.62%) achieved good and very good category. In the first cycle 21 students (72.41%), and in the second cycle 26 students (89.65%). There was an improvement in students’ learning outcomes through cooperative script learning method. In the pre-cycle result were 6 students (20.68%) passed the minimum standard mastery. In the first cycle were 17 students (58.62%) and in the second cycle were 23 students (79.31%).Keywords: Learning, Action, Activity, Improvement.

Abstract

Sulastri dan TartoABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan minat, kreativitas, dan prestasibelajar IPS peserta didik melalui model Project Based Learning.Subjekpenelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah peserta didik SMP Hamong PuteraSleman yang berjumlah 29 orang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitiantindakan kelas (PTK) dengan 2 siklus meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan,pengamatan, refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan menggunakan observasi, angket(kuesioner), dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis denganmetode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan persentase.Kriteria keberhasilan adalahkriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) diperoleh 80% peserta didik denganKKM ≥75. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan,bahwa penerapan model ProjectBased Learning dapat meningkatkan: (1) minat belajar peserta didikmencapai 34.48% di prasiklus, menjadi 51,72% di siklus I, dan 79,31% disiklus II.(2) kreativitas belajar peserta didik di siklus I (31.03%)peningkatan dari 27,5% di prasiklus, menjadi 62,06% di siklus I (93%) disiklus II. (3) prestasi belajar IPS prasiklus 63,65 dengan ketuntasan 27,58%.Di siklus I prestasi belajar 72,65 ketuntasan menjadi 62,06%. Pada siklus IIprestasi belajar IPS (79,51%), ketuntasan 100%.Indikator keberhasilan PTKyang ditetapkan yaitu minimal 75% peserta didik memiliki minat,kreativitas, dan prestasi belajar dengan kriteria baik, tercapai di siklus II.Kata kunci: Minat, Kreativitas, Prestasi Belajar, dan Model Project BasedLearning.The purposes of this research are to improve interest, creativity and socialscience learning achievement of students in Junior High School HamongPutera Sleman through Project Based Learning Model. This research is aclassroom action research with 2 cycles, consists of four stages; planning,implementation, observation, and reflection by using collaborator (IPSteacher). Research subject students which are of 29 students. Datacollecting technique use observation, questionnaire, test anddocumentation. The data analyzed using technique is descriptivequantitative with procentase.Achievement criteria is minimal completenesscriteria (KKM) that gotten by 80% students with KKM ≥75. The results ofthis research are: (1) incrase students interest, shown by the increase34.48% at precycle, increase to be 51,72% at cycles I, and 79,31% atcycles II. (2) increase creativity at cycles I to be 31.03%, form 27,5% atprecycle to be 62,06% at cycles I, and 93% at cycles II. (3) increaselearning achievement at precycle test of 63,65 with indicated 27,58%.Students’ learning achievement improve 72,65 at cycle I with indicated bystudents learning mastery percentage of 62,06%. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Influence of Store Atmosphere and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at Indomaret Permata Tangerang. This study uses a quantitative approach. Sampling was 100 people. Data collection techniques and tools are as questionnaires or questionnaires. Descriptive data analysis techniques are used to find out the picture of respondents' response and data distribution, while inferential statistical analysis is for hypothesis testing. The data management is assisted by Microsoft Excel and SPSS software version 26. The results of the study showed that partially the Store Atmosphere had a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction as shown by a count of 4,395> a table of 1,984 and a significance of 0.000. For the variable of Service Quality partially has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, it is shown with a tcal value of 7,123> ttable 1,984. and a significance of 0.000. Simultaneously, the Store Atmosphere and Service Quality have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, which is shown by the value of Fcal> Ftabel 145.951 > 3.09 and a significance of 0.000. The ability of the variables of Store Atmosphere and Service Quality in explaining Customer Satisfaction was 75.1% as shown by the magnitude of the R square of 0.195 while the remaining 24.9% was influenced by other factors that were not included in the research model.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of smartphone development, where competition between companies is getting tighter on smartphones. Apple is a company engaged in hardware and software, including Apple's hardware is the Iphone. Apple proved to be one of the big companies, it came from Apple's global sales reaching 150 million units, but in Indonesia according to TBI from 2011 to 2013 the percentage was only able to control less than 5%. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of brand image and product quality on the purchase of a decision iPhone. This type of research is explanatory research, with data collection through questionnaires, literature studies, and interviews. The sampling technique uses the census technique using a questionnaire of research instruments. The sample in this study amounted to 58 respondents who were iPhone users in S1 FISIP Diponegoro University students. This study uses linear regression analysis techniques and significance tests are used to prove the hypothesis using SPSS for windows version 20.0. The results show that brand image (X1), and product quality (X2), both jointly and individually, have a positive effect on the purchase decision of the dependent variable (Y). Simultaneously, brand image, product quality, affects purchasing decisions by 40.7% according to multiple regression.
