Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image, store atmosphere, and product quality on purchasing decisions at Panda Vapesto, either partially or simultaneously. This study used a quantitative associative method with a quantitative approach, taking a sample of 67 people. Data collection techniques and tools are questionnaires or questionnaires. Descriptive analysis techniques are used to determine the description of respondents' answers and data distribution, while inferential statistical analysis is used to test hypotheses. Data processing was assisted by Microsoft Excel and SPSS software version 26. The results of this study showed 1) partially brand image had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Panda Vapestore as seen from the tcount 2.368 > ttable 1.98472 with a significance of 0.020 <0.05. 2) partially store atmosphere has a negative and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Panda Vapestore seen from the tcount -1.366 < ttable 1.98472 with a significance of 0.175 > 0.05. 3) partially, product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Panda Vapestore. It is proven by the tcount value of 20,386 > ttable 1.98472 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 4) simultaneously. brand image, store atmosphere, and product quality on purchasing decisions at Panda Vapestore alpha value of 5% (0.05), or fcount 161.602 > ftable 2.70.Key word: brand image, store atmosphere, product quality, andpurchasing decisions

Abstract

Indonesia is the second largest contributor of plastic waste in the sea in the world, causing the government to issue policies to tackle plastic waste. The retail entrepreneurs association as the largest contributor of plastic waste follows government policy by providing environmentally friendly shopping bags/tote bags. Therefore, Niceso Ciruas, Serang Regency has adopted the policy. The policy affects consumer behavior. Green buying behavior is influenced by many factors, one of which is the perception of value and perception of risk. This study aims to determine the effect of value perception and risk perception on green purchasing behavior in shopping bag / tote bag users in Niceso Ciruas, Serang Regency. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The population criteria were consumers of Niceso Ciruas, Serang Regency and a sample of 100 respondents using the formula proposed by Slovin and Mustafa with a confidence level of 90% with a value of e = 10%. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires to consumers of Niceso Ciruas, Serang Regency. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis using SmartPLS 4.0. This study found that value perception has a positive and significant effect on green purchasing behavior and risk perception has a positive and significant effect on green purchasing behavior in tote bag users in Niceso, Ciruas, Serang Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah; (1). Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa perkembangan penerimaan setiap jenis pajak daerah dan total pajak daerah di Kabupaten Tebo tahun 2004-2013; (2). Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa kontribusi penerimaan setiap jenis pajak daerah terhadap total pajak daerah di Kabupaten Tebo tahun 2004-2013; (3) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa berapa besar korelasi (hubungan) penerimaan setiap jenis pajak daerah dengan total pajak daerah di Kabupaten Tebo tahun 2004-2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis regresi korelasi pearson untuk melihat dan menganalisa berapa besar korelasi (hubungan) penerimaan setiap jenis pajak daerah dengan total pajak daerah di Kabupaten Tebo tahun 2004-2013. Berdasarkan hasil korelasi ternyata pajak hotel dan pajak hiburan memiliki hubungan yang cukup kuat dengan pajak daerah, pajak restoran memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan total pajak daerah dan pajak yang lain yaitu pajak penerangan jalan, reklame dan galian golongan c merupakan pajak yang mempunyai hubungan yang sangat kuat dengan total pajak daerah

Abstract

Background: The integration of local wisdom into science learning is crucial to promote contextual and meaningful education, particularly in primary schools. Despite its importance, the use of ethnoscience in primary school science curricula remains underexplored, leading to a disconnect between abstract scientific concepts and students' everyday experiences.Aim: This study aims to explore the ethnoscience of sago processing in Sarmi Regency, Papua, and its application as a science learning resource for elementary schools.Method: A qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach was employed, involving data collection through observations, interviews, and documentation with local community participants.Results: The results reveal that traditional sago processing encompasses basic scientific principles, including simple machinery, energy transfer, friction, and sedimentation, which can be effectively contextualized in science lessons.Conclusion: The integration of sago processing into the curriculum enhances students' comprehension of scientific concepts, fosters cultural appreciation, and encourages sustainability. These findings underscore the need to incorporate local wisdom into educational practices to develop student-centered, culturally relevant, and sustainability-oriented learning environments.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Bukti Fisik dan Cita Rasa Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan secara parsial maupun simultan pada Kopi Kenangan di Pasar Baru Tangerang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 96 pelanggan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling yaitu teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu, dengan menggunakan rumus Lamshow. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukan bahwa Bukti Fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan dapat disimpulkan nilai t- hitung > t-tabel (8,744 > 1,98552), Cita Rasa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan dapat disimpulkan nilai t-hitung > t-tabel (9,111 > 1,98552), dengan secara simultan menunjukan bahwa Bukti Fisik dan Cita Rasa berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan dapat disimpulkan nilai F- hitung > F-tabel (74,494 > 3,09).Kata Kunci: Bukti Fisik; Cita Rasa; Loyalitas Pelanggan

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of online promotion factors (X1) and price perception (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) on MS Glow products. This research is quantitative research and survey research. The sample taken in this research was 100 respondents. Data obtained from distributing questionnaires. Primary data processing uses MS.Excel and Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 26 as evaluation. Meanwhile, the data analysis used in this research includes descriptive statistical analysis, data quality testing, classical assumption testing, linear regression analysis, correlation testing, coefficient of determination testing and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that the variables Online Promotion Factor (X1) and Price Perception Factor (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y) as indicated by the Fcount>Ftable value, namely 120.505 > 3.09 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Purpose – The very rapid development of science and technology has an impact on every part of life, including the world of education. Using online whiteboard applications and interactive Google Jamboard can train children to write, draw, and color in Early Childhood Education classes. This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and use of online whiteboard applications and jamboard applications on the motoric development of PAUD children.Method – This research used a quasi-experiment with a nonrandomized control group pretest-posttest design. The samples taken were 14 PAUD children at the YPJ Tembagapura school and 14 PAUD children at the YPJ Kuala Kencana school, Mimika Regency. Data collection used observation techniques and questionnaires with a Likert scale.Findings – Based on the results of the Friedman Test, there is an influence of motivation and learning with online whiteboard applications on the motoric development of PAUD children. Based on the results of the Friedman Test, there is an influence of motivation and learning with the Google Jamboard application on the motoric development of PAUD children. Based on the results of the Paired Samples t-Test, there is a significant difference in motivation and learning between the Google Jamboard application and the online whiteboard application on the motoric development of PAUD children in Mimika Regency. Research Implications – The study's generalizability is constrained by the small sample size of 28 PAUD children from specific schools in Mimika Regency, potentially limiting the applicability of findings to a broader population or diverse educational settings.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Celebrity Endorser Kualitas Produk Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Tas Merk Reloas Victory. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan Sampling Porpusive dan memperoleh responden sebanyak 96 orang. Variable dependen penelitian ini adalah keputusan pembelian, variable independennya celebrity endorser dan kualitas produk. Metode analasisi yang digunakan adalah model regresi linier berganda dengan versi SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian ini Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh antara celebrity endorser terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan kualitas produk tehadap keputusan pembelian. Dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung 6,930 > t tabel 1,985 untuk variable celebrity endorser dan nilai t hitung 19,403 > t tabel 1,985 untuk variable kualitas produk. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh antara celebrity endorser dan kualitas produk tehadap keputusan pembelian. Dibuktikan dengan nilai f hitung 229,921 >  f tabel 3,09 dengan tingkat signifikasi 5%. Hasil uji koefisien korelasi (R) berganda adalah sebesar 0,912 yang artinya besarnya pengaruh variablel celebrity endorser () dan Kualitas Produk () terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) adalah 83,2%, sedangkan sisanya sebanyak 16,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linear berganda diperoleh persamaan regresinya Y = 0,435 + 0,180  + 0,798  + e Kata kunci : Celebrity Endorser, Kualitas Produk, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah informasi Altman Z-Score” dan Springate S-Score digunakan oleh investor untuk mengambil keputusan investasi yang tercermin dari Harga Saham. Altman Z-Score” dan Springate S-Score yang diukur dengan rasio keuangan yang mencakup yaitu working capital to total asset, retained earning to total asset, earning before interest and taxes to total asset, book value of equity to book value of total debt, net profit before taxes to current liabilities, dan sales to total assets.            Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel perusahaan sektor Batubara selama tahun 2015-2018 dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan diperoleh dari laporan tahunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Ada 12 perusahaan selama 3 tahun yang memenuhi kriteria. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 16.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial Altman Z-Score” dengan Nilai t-hitung Altman Z-Score” sebesar 4,536, sementara ttabel dengan tingkat α = 5%, df (n-k) = 36-2 didapat nilai ttabel sebesar 1.690. Dengan demikian t-hitung Altman Z-Score” (4,536) > ttabel (1.690) dan nilai Sig. 0,000 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Altman Z-Score” dalam penelitian ini memiliki pengaruh terhadap Harga Saham. Altman Z-Score” mempunyai koefisien regresi kearah positif sebesar 20,871 (20,87%) dengan Konstanta kearah negatif sebesar -6.900, sementara Nilai t- hitung Springate S-Score sebesar -1.954 sementara ttabel dengan tingkat α = 5%, df (n-k) = 36-2 didapat nilai ttabel sebesar 1.690. Dengan demikian t-hitung Springate S-Score (-1.954) > ttabel (1.690) dan nilai Prob. 0.059 > 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Springate S-Score dalam penelitian ini tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Harga Saham. Springate S-Score mempunyai koefisien regresi kearah negatif sebesar -6,220 (62,20%) dengan Konstanta kearah negatif sebesar -6.900.
