Abstract

Tujuan penelitian menganalisis pembatasan hak politik mantan narapidana korupsi menjadi calon anggota legislatif dalam peraturan perundang-undangan; (2) mengetahui dan menganalisis esensi pembatasan hak politik mantan narapidana korupsi menjadi calon anggota legislatif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) pembatasan hak politik mantan narapidana korupsi tidak diatur secara khusus melainkan disamakan dengan mantan narapidana kasus lainnya melalui syarat kumulatif yang harus dipenuhi ketika hendak menjadi calon anggota legislatif; (2) pembatasan hak politik mantan narapidana korupsi memiliki esensi untuk diatur melalui syarat menjadi calon anggota legislatif dalam peraturan perundang-undangan agar dapat mencerminkan nilai keadilan, moralitas dan terciptanya harmonisasi hukum.. The research objective is to analyze the restrictions on the political rights of former corruption convicts to become legislative candidates in statutory regulations; (2) knowing and analyse the essence of limiting the political rights of former corruption convicts to become legislative candidates. This research is normative legal research. The results of this research show that: (1) restrictions on the political rights of former corruption convicts are not specifically regulated but are equated with former convicts in other cases through cumulative requirements that must be met when they wish to become legislative candidates; (2) restrictions on the political rights of former corruption convicts have the essence of being regulated through the requirements to become legislative candidate members in statutory regulations so that they can reflect the values of justice, morality and the creation of legal harmonization.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of competence, motivation and discipline of work on the performance of employees of the Industrial Office of South Sulawesi Province. The design used in this research is descriptive survey method with regression technique. The population in this study was 56 employees as many as 56 people. The data collection techniques used in this study are Konsioner and survey.The results of this study show that. competencies have an insignificant effect on employee performance. With P=0.488>0.05 with a coefficient of 0.079, this indicates that the employee's work competency does not affect employee performance. Work motivation variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance with P=0.000<0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.763 this shows that the work motivation in the Industrial Service of south Sulawesi province is getting better. discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance with P= 0.006< 0.05 with a coefficient of 0.168 this indicates that the discipline of work in the office of the Provincial Industry Office of South Sulawesi is getting better. It can be concluded that Work Motivation and Discipline is very influential on employee performance, because the success of an organization and achieving organizational goals is determined by employee performance. Keywords: Competence, Motivation, Discipline and Performance.
