Abstract

Abstract. This research with the title The Influence Of Leadership Toward Employee Performance Distric Regional Secretariat Pasaman Barat. The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the influence of leadership toward employee performance distric regional secretariat Pasaman Barat. The population of the research is the employee in distric regional secretariat Pasaman Barat. Samples taken are 99 respondents by using census technique. Based on hypothesis in this research, it is assumed that the influence of leadership significantly and positively influence employee performance Distric Regional Secretariat Pasaman Barat. The data analysis methods author used in this research are validity tes, reliability test, variable descriptive analysis test, simple linear regression analysis, T test and F test. From analysis that have been done, author found that leadership variable (X) is significantly and positively influence the employee performance, this is proven by the significant probability value of leadership is resulted in 0,000 which is smaller than 0,05. From F test, it can be concluded that regression model can be use to predict the leadership which have significantly and positively influence toward employee performance by the significant probability value is resulted in 0,000 which is smaller than 0,05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of teacher work motivation on teaching and learning outcomes at SMA Semen Padang. The population of this study were all teachers and employees at SMA Semen Padang. A sample of 35 respondents was taken using a purposive sampling technique, namely determining the sample by taking a sample or data source with certain considerations, for example the person is considered to know what we expect best, or he is the ruler making it easier for researchers. to obtain the required information. Researchers used a questionnaire as a tool to collect data. Based on the hypothesis in this study, it is suspected that teacher work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teaching and learning outcomes at Semen Padang High School. The data analysis method that the authors used in this study were validity test, reliability test, variable descriptive analysis test, simple linear regression analysis, t test and F test) on teaching and learning outcomes, this is evidenced by the probability value of the significance of teacher work motivation of 0.000 which smaller than 0.05. From the F test it can be concluded that the regression model can be used to predict teacher work motivation which has a positive and significant effect on teaching and learning outcomes with a significant probability value generated of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of work involvement and organizational support on the organizational commitment of PT. Andalan Mitra Selamat. This research was conducted on employees at PT. Mainstay of Achievement Partners. The number of samples taken in this research was 60 employees using a purposive sampling technique, meaning that the samples taken could provide the necessary information and were in accordance with the expected criteria. This research is associative research using a quantitative approach. The data analysis methods used in this research are validity, reliability, variable descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that work involvement has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational support has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Work involvement and organizational support have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. The data analysis method that the author uses in this research is validity test, reliability test, variable descriptive analysis test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test on organizational commitment, this is proven by the significance probability value of work involvement, organizational support of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. From the F test it can be concluded that the regression model can be used to predict work engagement and organizational support which have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment with a significant probability value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Penimbangan balita merupakan kegiatan pemantauan dan alat deteksi dini gangguan pertumbuhan balita. Efektifitas pencapaiannya D/S>80%. Data Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Tanah Laut tahun 2023 capaian D/S terendah kedua yaitu Puseksmas Angsau 40,0% (Kelurahan Angsau 39,18%). Tujuan: Menganalisa faktor pengetahuan, sikap, dukungan keluarga dengan keaktifan kunjungan ibu balita kePosyandu diKelurahan Angsau. Metode: Survei Analitik Cross Sectional. Populasi seluruh ibu balita 13-59 bulan diKelurahan Angsau 901. Teknik accidental sampling 90 responden. Variabel dependent (keaktifan kunjungan ibu balita ke Posyandu), variabel independent (pengetahuan, sikap, dukungan keluarga). Kuesioner uji statistik Chi Square. Hasil: 64 responden (71%) tidak aktif kunjungan kePosyandu, 38 responden (42,2%) berpengetahuan kurang, 54 responden (60%) sikap negatif dan 59 responden (65,6%) tidak mendapat dukungan keluarga. Ada hubungan signifikan antara pengetahuan, sikap dan dukungan keluarga dengan keaktifan kunjungan ibu balita diPosyandu Kelurahan Angsau (masing-masing ρvalue 0,000). Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan variabel pengetahuan, sikap, dukungan keluarga terhadap keaktifan kunjungan ibu balita kePosyandu, diharapkan lebih mengoptimalkan pelayanan, peningkatan penyuluhan komunikasi, informasi, edukasi secara intensif berkelanjutan oleh petugas kesehatan.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan berusaha menganalisis Pengaruh Relationship Marketing Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Melalui KepuasanPelanggan Pada JNE Di Kota Padang Cabang Utama. Penelitian ini adalah model Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan alat bantu analisi SmartPLS 3.0. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah Konsumen JNE Di Kota Padang Cabang Utama. Hasil penelitian menemukan Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara relationship marketing terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada JNE cabang utama. Terdapat pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada JNE cabang utama. Terdapat pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan antara relationship marketing terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada JNE cabang utama.Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada JNE cabang utama. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada JNE cabang utama. Kepuasan pelanggan diterima relationship marketing terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Kepuasan pelanggan tidak memediasi kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

This study entitled The Influence of Work Morale on Employee Performance at the Class II Navigation District Office of Teluk Bayur. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the influence of morale on employee performance at the Teluk Bayur Class II Navigation District Office. The population in this study were employees in the Teluk Bayur Class II Navigation District office, namely 147 people. Samples were taken as many as 50 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Based on the hypothesis in this study, it is assumed that there is an influence of morale on employee performance at the Teluk Bayur Class II Navigation District Office.The data analysis method that the authors used in this research was validity test, reliability test, variable descriptive analysis test, simple linear regression analysis, T test and F test. positive effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the significant probability value of morale producing 0.003 which is smaller than 0.05. From the F test it can be concluded that the regression model can be used to predict morale which has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significant probability value producing 0.003 which is smaller than 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership and organizational justice on employee job satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) UPT Simpang Empat. This research was conducted on employees at PLN (Persero) UPT Simpang Empat. This study is an associative study using a quantitative approach. The sample size for this study was 85 employees using a saturated sampling technique, a sampling technique where all members of the population are used as samples. This is often done when the population is relatively small, less than 100 people. The data analysis methods used in this study were validity and reliability tests, descriptive variable analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that 1) transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, 2) organizational justice had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, 3) leadership and organizational justice had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.
