Abstract

The learning process of Pancasila Education in elementary schools requires learning media that can improve students’ engagement and learning interest. This study aims to develop an An-droid-based learning media application for first-grade elementary school Pancasila Education as an interactive learning medium. The development method used in this study is Multimedia Devel-opment Life Cycle (MDLC), which consists of concept, design, material collecting, assembly, test-ing, and distribution stages. The developed application provides learning materials, interactive drag-and-drop quizzes, and multiple-choice tests. System testing was conducted using the black box method to ensure that all application features function properly. In addition, usability testing involved 18 students using the System Usability Scale (SUS) instrument and obtained an average score of 79,17, which is included in the "Acceptable" category with a "Good" adjective rating. The results indicate that the application is easy to use, attractive, and helpful in supporting students’ learning process. Therefore, the developed application can be used as an interactive learning me-dium for Pancasila Education in elementary schools.

Abstract

Digital transformation is driving educational institutions to adopt web portals, yet cybersecurity evaluation is still often neglected. This study aims to identify and validate security vulnerabilities on the official website of MAN 1 Banyumas using the Penetration Testing Execution Standard (PTES) framework. Testing was conducted using a black-box penetration testing approach by combining Open Worldwide Application Security Project (OWASP ZAP) scanning and manual verification to reduce false positives. The results showed the discovery of 4 true positive vulnera-bilities, 1 false positive, and medium-risk FTP and SSH ports. Validated vulnerabilities include Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF), Clickjacking, session management weaknesses, and Vulnerable JS Library, while Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities were confirmed as false positives. Simulation of vulnerability chaining showed that the combination of these vulnerabilities has the potential to lead to account takeover. Therefore, server hardening and JavaScript library updates are recommended to improve system security.

Abstract

The increasing accessibility of digital image editing tools has made image forgery a growing concern in forensic, legal, and medical imaging contexts, where content authenticity is critical. This study proposes a fragile watermarking scheme based on non-overlapping 2 x 2 pixel block matrices integrated with the MD5 cryptographic hash function to enable precise tamper localization in digital images. Watermark embedding is restricted exclusively to the 1-bit Least Significant Bit (LSB) space, while the remaining 7-bit Most Significant Bit (MSB) of each block is processed using MD5, truncated to 4 bits, and embedded through a bitwise OR operation. The scheme was evaluated on 30 samples from the CoMoFoD forgery dataset through watermark embedding, spatial manipulation attack simulation, blind extraction, and localization, with performance measured using PSNR, SSIM, and detection accuracy. The results show an average PSNR of 51.09 dB and SSIM of 0.9977, indicating no perceptible visual degradation, alongside an average detection accuracy of 93.51%, confirming high sensitivity to spatial tampering with minimal false positives. These findings demonstrate that micro block-level hashing effectively balances imperceptibility and fragility, offering a computationally lightweight yet precise instrument for digital image forensics.

Abstract

Rapid advancements in digital technology have made image-processing applications increasingly ac-cessible, leading to a rise in digital image manipulation cases and casting doubt on image authenticity in forensic investigations, criminal cases, and journalism. Manipulated images are difficult to distin-guish visually, while existing analysis approaches rely on disparate tools, making the identification process inefficient. This research aims to design a system that integrates Error Level Analysis (ELA) and EXIF metadata analysis to automatically detect signs of digital image manipulation. The system was developed using the Waterfall model, comprising analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance phases. Testing involved black-box testing across nine functional scenarios and manual validation using nine photo samples from three different devices (SONY ILCE-6400, Apple iPhone 14, and Infinix X6725). Test results indicate that all functional scenarios operated according to specifica-tions and the system successfully detected all manipulated samples (9 out of 9) through the combina-tion of ELA visualization and EXIF metadata analysis. The integration of these two methods proved complementary, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of digital image authenticity verification. While the developed system serves as a tool for the preliminary detection of digital image manipulation, it is not intended to provide conclusive forensic evidence.
