Abstract

Salah satu kegiatan pertanian yang sangat penting untuk meningkatkan pendapatan petani dan meningkatkan ketahanan pangan daerah adalah pertanian padi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pendapatan, penerimaan, dan biaya produksi petani padi sawah di Desa Mardiharjo Kecamatan Purwodadi Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Pengambilan sampel purposif terhadap 20 produsen beras digunakan dalam metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, rata-rata pendapatan setiap musim tanam adalah Rp 11.503.750, sedangkan rata-rata biaya produksi adalah Rp 5.003.902. Tiap musim tanam, petani rata-rata mendapat penghasilan sebesar Rp6.499.848. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa produksi padi di Desa Mardiharjo masih ekonomis dan bermanfaat. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan petani perlu dilakukan upaya untuk meningkatkan efisiensi biaya produksi, khususnya dalam penggunaan tenaga kerja dan sarana produksi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between interactive learning media based on physical fitness tests and students’ understanding of the concepts of humans and the environment among Grade X students at SMA Negeri 2 Muara Beliti, Musi Rawas Regency. The study employed a quantitative approach using a correlational research design. The research sample consisted of 40 Grade X students selected through a total sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire to measure the use of interactive learning media based on physical fitness tests and a test to assess students’ understanding of the concepts of humans and the environment. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and Pearson Product Moment correlation after fulfilling the prerequisite tests. The results showed that the average level of use of interactive learning media based on physical fitness tests and students’ understanding of the concepts of humans and the environment were in the good category. Correlation analysis revealed a positive and significant relationship between the two variables, with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.684 and a significance value of p < 0.05. These findings indicate that the better the utilization of interactive learning media based on physical fitness tests, the higher the students’ understanding of the concepts of humans and the environment. The conclusion of this study indicates that learning through a learning by moving approach using interactive learning media based on physical fitness tests is able to effectively integrate cognitive and psychomotor aspects. Therefore, interactive learning media based on physical fitness tests can be used as an alternative contextual and student-centered learning strategy to enhance students’ understanding of the concepts of humans and the environment at the senior high school level.
