Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how trade debt and gross profit impact forecastingof future cash flows. Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) between 2018and 2022 served as the sample for this study. Purposive sampling is the method utilized toacquire data, and financial reports are used as secondary data. With the use of the SPSS 26computer program, multiple linear regression was employed for the data analysis in thisstudy. The findings of this study indicate that gross profit and business loans have goodcapacities in predicting cash flows in the future based on the partial test conducted in thatregard. Additionally, it is advised that PT Caturkarda Depo Bangunan Tbk be capable ofmanaging gross profits and distribute them in a way that won't jeopardize the company'sability to sustain itself.

Abstract

Improving staff performance has been a major focus for organizations in various sectors and industries. In an era of globalization and increasingly complex competition, organizations need to optimize their human resource potential to their strategic goals. Implementing good work discipline can improve the productivity and quality of work of employees, while giving incentives is identified as a factor that can motivate employees to more optimum work outcomes.The author formulates the following question: 1.Does work discipline influence on the performance of Honourable Officers in the East Lampung Regional Revenue Agency Office? 2.Does the incentive affect on the Performance of Honorable Officials in the Eastern Lampung District Revenues Office?3. Do Work Discipline and Incentives Influence on the Performance of Honourable Officers in the East Lampung Regional Revenue Agency Office? The data collection techniques in this study are interviews and questionnaires. The population in this study is the entire staff of the East Lampung Regional Revenue Agency office of 50 people. Samples are taken using saturation/sensus sampling. Data analysis techniques using double linear regression formulas with the help of SPSS 26 applications. The results of this study show that (1) employee performance is influenced by the Working Discipline and incentive variable of 44.9% and the rest is affected by other variables (2) Working discipline has a positive impact on employee's performance (3) incentives have a positive effect on staff performance (4) Disciplinary incentivity has positive and significant impact on employees' performance.

Abstract

The success and success of the role of a health institution is to serve the community or the patient well and properly in order to improve the health and nutritional status of the community so that the people can feel comfort, security and can increase the satisfaction and confidence in the health institution. The study is entitled “Pengruh trust and medical service to patient satisfaction in the Puskesmas of Pakuan Aji Lampung East. The purpose of this study is to know the influence of trust and service performed jointly – equally (simultaneously) or individually (partially) on the satisfaction of patients in Puskesmas Pakuan Aji. This research is a type of quantitative research using pursiposive sampling techniques to collect data, the population in this study are patients Puskesmas Pakun Aji Lampung East. And as many as 100 people were responding to this study, as well as using a dual linear regression analysis tool with the SPSS 25 application. Based on the results of the T-Test that the confidence variable (X1) has a significant influence on patient satisfaction (Y) and the health care variables (X2) have a significant impact on patients satisfaction(Y). On the basis of the test F on this study, it can be concluded that the trust variable(X1) and health care services(X2) together (simultaneously) have a positive and significant effect on the patient’s satisfaction variable. (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of each element of the marketing mix on consumer purchase interest, providing valuable insights for Suzuki Persada Car Dealer in developing more effective marketing strategies. The data collection techniques for this research include questionnaires and documentation. The sample in this study consists of 100 consumers interested in purchasing a car at the Suzuki Persada car dealer in Lampung.The results of this study are: (1) the questionnaire instrument used is valid, as the calculated R value is greater than 0.300, (2) the reliability test results, which determine the accuracy of the measuring instruments used, show values of 0.717 for product quality, 0.762 for price, 0.892 for place, 0.745 for promotion, and 0.751 for purchase interest, all of which are greater than the minimum value of 0.6, (3) product quality significantly influences purchase interest by 59.1%, (4) price significantly influences purchase interest by 61.7%, (5) place significantly influences purchase interest by 43.9%, (6) promotion significantly influences purchase interest by 51.5%, (7) product quality, price, place, and promotion significantly influence purchase interest by 80.2%, with the remaining influence coming from other factors

Abstract

Using the right training method can maximize an athlete's talents and achievements to peak performance, the training method used can optimize a skill. The aim of this research is to determine the comparison of the SSG and TGT training methods on handball playing skills. The method used in this research was an experiment. Sampling used a saturated sampling technique. The instrument in this research for Handball playing skills uses The Handball Tactical Performance Evaluation (HTPE). The results of the analysis of athletes belonging to the SSG and TGT groups experienced a more significant increase in playing handball with a sig value of 0.000, however those belonging to the SSG group did not have a significant effect on the Sig value. of 0.859 which is greater than α 0.05. However, the SSG group gave an increase, although not big. The use of SSG training can be examined further across age and gender ranges at a later date to maximize research results.

Abstract

The economic movement of a nation is actually supported by various sectors, including Islamic microfinance institutions. This study aims to determine whether compensation and motivation have a positive effect on employee performance at Baitut Tamwil Muhammadiyah (BTM) Braja Harjosari, East Lampung. The population in this study were all employees of BTM Sakinatul Ummah Braja Harjosari, East Lampung. Samples were taken using a saturated sampling technique of 18 people. Data analysis procedures used for statistical analysis include t-test, F-test, coefficient of determination (R2), and multiple linear regression tests. The results of the study indicate that (1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.026 <0.05, (2) Motivation does not have a positive effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.192> 0.05 (4) Compensation and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance simultaneously with a significance value of 0.003 <0.05.

Abstract

Penulisan artikel ilmiah merupakan bagian dari tanggung jawab akademisi, termasuk mahasiswa. Namun, kemampuan mahasiswa dalam menulis karya ilmiah masih tergolong rendah, sehingga mereka sering menghadapi hambatan dalam proses penyusunan dan publikasi artikel ilmiah. Salah satu solusi yang efektif untuk mengatasi masalah ini adalah melalui sosialisasi dan pendampingan yang intensif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melatih mahasiswa agar dapat memahami strategi menulis karya ilmiah dengan memanfaatkan studi literatur. Kegiatan yang diikuti oleh 64 mahasiswa dari Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Institut Bakti Nusantara ini dilakukan dengan format penyuluhan dan pendampingan. Hasil dari kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman mahasiswa mengenai penulisan artikel ilmiah yang berbasis studi literatur. Selain itu, mahasiswa juga terlihat lebih termotivasi untuk segera memulai proses penulisan setelah mengikuti kegiatan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand the impact of product and service quality on customer loyalty at CV Anugrah Jaya Abadi in Bandar Lampung. Latar belakang penelitian ini was based on the importance of maintaining customer loyalty in a robust business environment. Good product quality and customer service that is always helpful are the two main factors that encourage customers to continuously buy products and recommend businesses to others.The research methodology that is being used is a quantitative approach using survey data. Data is collected through questionnaires given to 100 CV Anugrah Jaya Abadi respondents. Analisis data dilakukan dengan using regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh simultan dan parsial antara variabel independen (kualitas product dan kualitas pelayanan) terhadap variabel dependen (loyalitas pelanggan). The study's findings indicate that product and service quality simultaneously have a significant impact on customer loyalty. For example, when it comes to fostering customer loyalty, product quality has a greater impact than service quality. This highlights how important it is for businesses to continuously monitor and improve their product quality while providing customers with first-rate service.Therefore, it is hoped that CV Anugrah Jaya Abadi will be able to be used as a guide in developing strategies to improve product quality and customer loyalty in a comprehensive manner.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara kepulauan dengan curah hujan tinggi yang rentan terhadap berbagai bencana hidrometeorologi seperti banjir. Salah satu daerah yang sering menghadapi ancaman banjir adalah Daerah Aliran Sungai Serayu (Daerah Aliran Sungai Serayu) di Kabupaten Banyumas, Jawa Tengah, khususnya di Desa Kedunguter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan aplikasi pemantauan ketinggian air Sungai Serayu di Desa Kedunguter, Kabupaten Banyumas. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk memberikan informasi ketinggian air secara real-time sebagai dasar sistem peringatan dini banjir berbasis teknologi Long Range (LoRa). Sistem ini terdiri dari perangkat pemantauan yang melibatkan satu unit pemancar dan satu unit penerima, masing-masing menggunakan LoRa untuk komunikasi data jarak jauh. Perangkat ini ditenagai oleh panel surya untuk memastikan operasi otonom dan berkelanjutan di lapangan. Data yang diperoleh dari pemantauan dikirim secara real-time ke aplikasi, memberikan informasi yang akurat tentang kondisi permukaan air sungai. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa perangkat memiliki tingkat kesalahan relatif 1,31%, dengan akurasi 98,69%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem tersebut dapat memberikan data yang andal dan sebagai peringatan dini banjir bagi masyarakat sekitar.

Abstract

This research focuses on the implementation of a mobile web-based Point of Sale (PoS) application to support transactions at Toko Sepatu 45. The store faces challenges in managing transactions, stock recording, and creating sales reports manually, which affects efficiency and data accuracy. Therefore, a technological solution is needed to improve productivity and reduce errors in transaction management. This mobile web-based PoS application is designed to facilitate store owners in recording sales, managing stock, and generating automatic and real-time sales reports. The system development uses the Waterfall method, which includes requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The testing results using blackbox testing include successful tests for the login page, navigation menu buttons, product data input, product data output, and product sales invoices. Through this research, it is expected that the mobile web-based Point of Sale application can be used to streamline operational activities at Toko Sepatu 45, including transaction processes such as purchasing and selling, as well as simplifying the recap of reports such as purchase and sales reports.
