Abstract

The diversity of local culture in Indonesia is priceless wealth. One culture that is owned by Indonesia has become the basis for most of the behavior that exists in an organization. Individual, group, and organizational behavior can’t resist the influence of local culture. At present there are many theories and sciences especially in the field of organizational behavior based on the results of studies from abroad which adopt values originating from the region. One of the individual behaviors that has developed a lot now is about the theory of leadership. Seeing these developments, it is necessary to develop a new model that explains how and what kind of leadership is around us.This research is expected to develop a model of leader behavior based on the surrounding culture. Many theories of organizational behavior that discuss the behavior of leaders who develop strongly today are a reflection of foreign culture that is actually also contained in our cultural values. Therefore this study will answer and explain these problems. The hope in the future is an organization theory will be realized, especially regarding leadership theory that is stronger because it complements the existing theories, and theories that can be applied by local communities because they are a reflection of their own culture. Explore the values, concepts and constructs that develop around to then be harmonized with the theory that originally existed. The method that can be used is through an in-depth exploration process to then be confirmed by a theory that previously existed. The first step of course can be achieved by conducting a group discussion group to explore the values, concepts and constructs of organizational behavior, then analyzing the factors to confirm, then harmonizing with the existing theories first. Key words: Leader, Behavior, Values, Culture.

Abstract

High commitment from employees is what the company really wants. The more highly committed employees, the overall company productivity will increase, and the company can survive in its business competition. Commitment to the organization is an important behavioral dimension that can be used to evaluate the strength of workers to stay in an organization. Therefore, the management of an organization or company needs to continue to encourage the creation of commitment from members of the organization. Several factors that can increase organizational commitment are carried out through the role of transformational leadership and organizational culture. The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of transformational leadership and organizational culture on organizational commitment. This research is a qualitative research by searching the literature on the variables discussed. Considering that this research is a qualitative research, further research is recommended to use quantitative methods where researchers seek data directly in the field and use statistical tests, especially on variables that still have different results

Abstract

Guru adalah ujung tombak dalam melakukan transfer pengetahuan kepada anak didiknya. Era Teknologi, Informasi, dan Komunikasi (TIK) yang berkembang dengan pesat menuntut semua pihak termasuk guru PAUD untuk meningkatkan kompetensinya di bidang TIK. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan bagi para guru PAUD di bawah organisasi HIMPAUDI tentang penggunaan dan pemanfaatan informasi sekolah berbasis aplikasi dengan menggunakan internet. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh seluruh guru PAUD dari berbagai sekolah PAUD yang ada di Kecamatan Way Jepara, Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Hasil dari pelatihan ini adalah para guru PAUD memiliki keterampilan untuk menggunakan berbagai aplikasi internet seperti pemanfaatan gmail, google form, google classroom, google drive dan aplikasi pengolah video dalam proses mengelola sekolah masing-masing. Kegiatan ini juga menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar para guru PAUD memiliki motivasi yang tinggi untuk mengelola informasi sekolah dengan memanfaatkan berbagai jenis aplikasi berbasis teknologi informasi dan siap untuk menggunakannya untuk kemajuan sekolah masing-masing

Abstract

Banyak faktor yang bisa menyebabkan munculnya pandangan terhadap kerja yang dilakukan, salah satu di antaranya adalah adanya kesesuaian antara orang dan lingkungan tempatnya bekerja. Tujuan dari paper ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Person-Organization Fit (P-O Fit) terhadap meaningful work. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi sederhana untuk menganalisis 25 pegawai yang bekerja di sebuah perguruan tinggi swasta di Kabupaten Lampung Timur, Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesesuaian orang-organisasi (P-O Fit) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kerja bermakna (meaningful work).

Abstract

The challenges of an increasingly competitive era make organizations need to look for an approach that is systematic, comprehensive, and adaptive so as to make the organization survive. In addition to the resource factors that support organizational performance, the role of culture as a value and system adopted by all human resources in the organization plays an important role. Organizational culture can be a guide for the organization in carrying out its operations because the truth value also shows the norms adopted in an organization. This study aims to explore the types of culture that are in accordance with the character of increasingly complex challenges for organizations. Qualitative research is used for this research by searching for appropriate literature using an electronic database on organizational culture in the 2018-2022 period which is found in Google Scholar. The results of the study show that implementing an adaptive organizational culture is an effective choice of organizational culture because it allows members to recognize environmental threats and develop solutions to change quickly. In addition, an adaptive organizational culture enables the organization to act in the best interests of the organization by responding appropriately, thereby increasing the organization's chances of survival while enhancing performance.

Abstract

Menulis skripsi atau karya ilmiah lainnya merupakan salah satu kewajiban bagi kalangan akademisi termasuk bagi mahasiswa. Sayangnya kemampuan menulis skripsi atau karya ilmiah masih dianggap sebagai kendala sehingga menyebabkan mahasiswa kesulitan dalam penyelesaian studinya. Sosialisasi dan pendampingan secara intensif terhadap mahasiswa terutama pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir merupakan solusi tepat dalam mengatasi persoalan yang ada. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pembekalan kepada para mahasiswa agar dapat memahami kiat-kiat bagaimana menulis skripsi atau karya ilmiah lainnya secara lebih mudah. Dikemas dalam bentuk penyuluhan dan pendampingan, kegiatan diikuti oleh mahasiswa semester 5 dan semester 7 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Institut Bakti Nusantara yang berjumlah 53 orang. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa mampu memahami prosedur penulisan skripsi dan karya ilmiah lainnya serta termotivasi untuk segera menyelesaikannya

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze how the relationship between product quality, packaging design, and price with the reasons why people buy products simultaneously or sequentially. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method, or a method that measures the effect of a variable on other variables. Product quality, packaging design, and price are the main variables. A different tertiary variable is the purchasing point of view. The majority of respondents to this survey are Way Kambas Dodol Nanas consumers. There were about 30 responses to the survey. The selective sampling technique used is called purposive sampling. The reliability test uses the Cronbach's Alpha formula and the validity test uses the Pearson Product Moment correlation point.The data analysis technique used in this study is the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, T test and F test at a significant level of 5%. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires as the main data collection, and supported by interviews and observations. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that simultaneously the variables of product quality, packaging design and price have a positive effect on purchasing decisions for Dodol Nanas Way Kambas products. Partially the product quality variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, the packaging design variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and the price variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

The role of the teacher as an educator has a very important influence in improving the quality of learning in madrasas. The ability of human resources must be truly tested so that they are able to do all the work correctly and produce perfect performance, both in quantity and quality. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training, motivation, and organizational culture on teacher performance at MIN 4 East Lampung. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, observations and interviews. The population and sample in this study were all 30 teachers at MIN 4 East Lampung. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 25. From the multiple linear regression analysis, the result is Y = 4.114+0.174 X1+0.218 X2+0.527 X3. The results of the Pearson product moment coefficient test were 0.367 and the coefficient of determination or R-Square was 0.987 which means that the independent variables (Training, Motivation, Organizational Culture) have a significant effect of 98.7% on the dependent variable (Teacher Performance). The results of this study indicate that both partially and simultaneously training, motivation and organizational culture have an influence on teacher performance. Abstract

The current dynamics of the work need flexibility from human resource who are not only able to carry out tasks according to their job descriptions but also other additional positive behavior. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the emergence of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This research uses a qualitative method, namely library research through searching for references that are in accordance with the variables reviewed using an electronic database in the 2018-2022 period which is contained in Google Scholar. The results showed that the variables of leadership, organizational commitment, and organizational culture were the antecedents of organizational citizenship behavior.Keywords : Leadership, organizational commitment, organizational culture, organizational citizenship behaviorJEL Code: O15

Abstract

Banyak peneliti yang telah melakukan riset mengenai elemen-elemen apa saja yang dapat menyebabkan peningkatan komitmen organisasi. Dua di antara elemen tersebut adalah keterlibatan karyawan dan kepemimpinan partisipatif. Meskipun secara teori variabel keterikatan karyawan dan kepemimpinan partisipatif mempunyai nilai positif, namun penelitian empiris menunjukkan hasil yang tidak sama. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dimana referensi dicari berdasarkan database internet yang berkaitan dengan variabel yang diteliti dan diperiksa untuk kemudian dianalisis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran keterikatan karyawan dan kepemimpinan partisipatif terhadap komitmen organisasi. Studi ini dengan jelas menetapkan bahwa keterlibatan karyawan dan kepemimpinan partisipatif merupakan variabel yang berkontribusi terhadap komitmen organisasi.
