This study aims to analyze the existing condition of the clean water distribution system and to formulate management strategies in Komba Village, Rongkong District, North Luwu Regency. This research employed a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including field observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the SWOT method (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) to identify internal and external factors influencing the management of the clean water distribution system. The results indicate that internally Komba Village has several strengths, including the availability of natural water sources from the Salu Buta and Donga Langi springs with relatively stable water discharge, a gravity-based distribution system that does not require electrical energy, and strong community participation in the construction and maintenance of the distribution network. Externally, there are opportunities in the form of support from both local and central governments in the development of clean water infrastructure. Based on the SWOT analysis results, the development of the clean water distribution system in Komba Village requires strategies that focus on optimizing available water resources and improving distribution infrastructure in order to provide more equitable clean water services for the community.
