<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja biaya dan waktu pada proyek Revitalisasi SMP Negeri 3 Bua Kabupaten Luwu menggunakan metode Earned Value. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan memanfaatkan data progres proyek dan laporan biaya pelaksanaan. Analisis dilakukan dengan menghitung indikator kinerja proyek yaitu Budgeted Cost of Work Scheduled (BCWS), Budgeted Cost of Work Performed (BCWP), dan Actual Cost of Work Performed (ACWP). Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh nilai Cost Performance Index (CPI) sebesar 1,00 yang menunjukkan bahwa biaya proyek sesuai dengan anggaran yang direncanakan. Sementara itu nilai Schedule Performance Index (SPI) sebagian besar lebih dari 1 yang menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan proyek berjalan lebih cepat dari jadwal yang direncanakan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode Earned Value dapat digunakan sebagai alat evaluasi kinerja proyek yang efektif dalam mengendalikan biaya dan waktu pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi. This study aims to analyze the cost and schedule performance of the Revitalization Project of SMP Negeri 3 Bua, Luwu Regency, using the Earned Value method. This research employed a quantitative approach utilizing project progress data and project cost reports. The analysis was conducted by calculating project performance indicators, namely Budgeted Cost of Work Scheduled (BCWS), Budgeted Cost of Work Performed (BCWP), and Actual Cost of Work Performed (ACWP). The results of the analysis indicate that the Cost Performance Index (CPI) value is 1.00, which shows that the project cost is in accordance with the planned budget. Meanwhile, the Schedule Performance Index (SPI) value is mostly greater than 1, indicating that the project implementation is progressing faster than the planned schedule. These findings demonstrate that the Earned Value method can be used as an effective project performance evaluation tool in controlling cost and schedule in construction project implementation.]]>
