In education vocational , especially in schools Intermediate Vocational (SMK), implementation from Management Based School (MBS) is important For increase quality graduate of in accordance needs of the world of work and industry . Research This aim analyze from implementation of MBS in vocational schools in Indonesia through approach Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with study on various article scientific papers published in 2013–2025 . Study results show that MBS implementation has an impact positive to improvement quality education , effectiveness leadership head school , work The same with the industrial world , as well as on competencies graduates . However , the implementation from MBS still face challenge in the form of limitations source Power human resources (HR), low participation from society , and limitations means infrastructure . Therefore that , leadership head school , culture organization and collaboration with stakeholders to become important factors in success implementation of MBS in vocational schools.

Abstract

The widespread use of social media has significantly influenced consumer behavior, particularly in the beauty industry, where beauty influencers serve as key sources of cosmetic information and recommendations. However, limited studies have explored how beauty influencer credibility affects cosmetic purchase intention among undergraduate beauty education students. This study aimed to examine the effect of beauty influencer credibility on cosmetic purchase intention among students of the Department of Beauty Education, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Semarang. A quantitative explanatory design was employed involving 102 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression in IBM SPSS Statistics. The results showed that respondents reported high perceptions of beauty influencer credibility (M = 4.18, SD = 0.49) and cosmetic purchase intention (M = 4.06, SD = 0.56). Regression analysis revealed that beauty influencer credibility significantly influenced cosmetic purchase intention (β = 0.684, t = 9.487, p < 0.001), explaining 47.5% of the variance (R² = 0.475). These findings highlight the importance of influencer credibility in shaping consumers' purchase intentions and extend the application of Source Credibility Theory within beauty education. The study also offers practical implications for higher education institutions and the cosmetics industry in promoting digital consumer literacy and effective influencer marketing.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an automated system for generating derivative function questions to enhance learning and assessment in calculus education. The system uses a rule-based algorithmic approach to generate questions covering various derivative rules, including constant, power, sum, difference, product, quotient, and chain rules, with randomly generated coefficients and exponents. The system's performance was evaluated by measuring the accuracy of the generated questions, achieving a validity rate of 95.63%, and execution time, with an average of 0.00115 milliseconds per question, indicating high efficiency and effectiveness. The results show that the system successfully generates valid questions across various derivative rules, offering significant contributions to both students and educators in the context of calculus education. The system can be further developed by adding additional derivative rules and integrated into larger educational platforms to support a more comprehensive learning experience.
