Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the state's responsibility in providing legal aid. The approach method used in this research is normative juridical which is descriptive in nature. The data source is secondary data in the form of applicable laws and regulations. Data collection techniques using literature study. The data analysis method uses the analytical method. The research results show that the juridical basis for implementing the provision of non-litigation legal assistance is based on: (1) Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 16 of 2011 concerning free legal aid to recipients of legal aid which include poor people or groups of people who are facing legal problems, (2) Law of the Republic of Indonesia no. 48 of 2009 concerning Judicial Power, (3) Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 49 of 2009 concerning General Courts, (4) Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 50 of 2009 concerning the Second Amendment to Law no. 7 of 1989 concerning Religious Courts, (5) Republic of Indonesia Law no. 51 of 2009 concerning State Administrative Courts, (6) Law of the Republic of Indonesia no. 18 of 2003 concerning Advocates, and (7) Republic of Indonesia Law no. 8 of 1981 concerning the Criminal Procedure Code. Furthermore, the obstacles faced in assisting in the resolution of non-litigation cases include: (1) The public's lack of knowledge about the legal problems that befall them, (2) Insufficient human resources, and (3) Insufficient financing budget. Keywords:legal aid institutions, poor communities Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tanggung jawab negara dalam pemberian bantuan hukum. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan yuridis normatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Sumber data merupakan data sekunder berupa peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan studi kepustakaan. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pemberian bantuan hukum bagi masyarakat tidak mampu yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang No. 16 Tahun 2011 tentang bantuan hukum telah berjalan sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku. Serta syarat yang dijadikan pertimbangan dalam pemberian bantuan hukum bagi masyarakat tidak mampu yakni Mengajukan permohonan secara tertulis yang berisi sekurang-kurangnya identitas pemohon dan uraian singkat mengenai pokok persoalan yang dimohonkan bantuan hukum, Menyerahkan dokumen yang berkenaan dengan perkara, Melampirkan surat keterangan miskin dari lurah, kepala desa, atau pejabat yang setingkat di tempat tinggal pemohon bantuan hukum. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengusulkan penerapan jadwal perawatan preventif dengan metode pemeliharaan berdasarkan penggunaannya pada dies small di PT PQR. Saat ini, kegiatan perawatan dilakukan secara korektif, di mana perbaikan dilakukan setelah kerusakan terjadi, menyebabkan downtime yang tinggi. Untuk meningkatkan efektivitas, diusulkan perubahan sistem dari perawatan korektif menjadi preventif. Usulan ini didasarkan pada perkiraan produksi stamping tahunan dan penggunaan dies, yang kemudian dijadikan acuan untuk membuat jadwal perawatan preventif. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa jadwal yang diusulkan memenuhi standar tenaga kerja yang ada tanpa menyebabkan kelelahan pada pekerja. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pemeliharaan berdasarkan penggunaan mampu mengurangi downtime dies small sebesar 27,56%. Usulan ini meningkatkan efektivitas kerja tenaga maintenance, sesuai standar PT PQR, dan siap diimplementasikan untuk pemeliharaan berkelanjutan. Implementasi mulai dilakukan pada Maret 2024, disertai dengan prosedur kegiatan preventif untuk memastikan keberlanjutan kontrol yang baik. Rekomendasi lebih lanjut mencakup peningkatan kesadaran pekerja, pengembangan metode perawatan, dan peningkatan koordinasi antar tim.

Abstract

Shear wave splitting is a study that utilizes the differences between arrival times of two shear waves (slow and fast) propagating from a source to a receiver to identify the magnitude of the anisotropic medium through which they propagate. Aside from generating a delay time between two shear waves, the anisotropic medium also shifts the polarization of fast shear wave from its initial polarization which is indicated as the main orientation of the related fracture system. The study was conducted on Landak Field, located around Bukit Besar mountain range by analyzing provided data from December 2011 to April 2012. The results of this study show that the polarizations of fast shear waves in several stations are as following; NE-SW orientation at station R09, R17, R25, and R26, N-S orientation at station R08, and NW-SE orientation at station R17. Not only do these orientations of polarization show a good correlation with structural analysis in this area, but also important to be noted that all microseismic stations encounter a wide-spreading polarization phenomenon as an effect of complex anisotropy. The delay time from all stations ranges from  0.03 to 0.07 seconds. The normalization between delay time and length of ray path for all stations results in a fracture intensity parameter ranging from 0.004 to 0.011 seconds/km. This intensity is measured in slowness parameters, which shows increased value towards the Bukit Besar area, which potentially becomes the upflow zone of the geothermal system. The study shows that the distribution of fracture intensity and pressure have correlation and identical trend with temperature distribution.
