Abstract

This study develops an extended framework of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) by integrating the variable of Study Life Quality of better understand the factors influencing e-learning adoption in Islamic private universities. The model builds on the established UTAUT construct within the digital learning context and expands them by including study life quality as an additional exogenous variable. Empirical testing was conducted using data from undergraduated students at private universities in Indonesia. SmartPLS-3 was used for data analysis and hypothesis testing. Results show that six out of eight proposed paths are statistically significant, and the model explains 65.8% of the variance in students’behavioral intention to use learning. Study life quality emerged as the most influential factor with a path coefficient of β = 0.380, indicating the importance of student well-being in technology adoption. The study provides empirical support for the extended UTAUT model and offers practical insight for improving e-learning implementation in higher education.

Abstract

This study aims to examine prospective students' perceptions of the physical appearance and atmosphere of the campus (servicescape) and its impact on their interest in choosing Islamic Private Universities (IPU). Employing a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis, and were thematically analyzed. The findings revealed four main themes: initial impressions based on cleanliness and Islamic symbols, emotional comfort, representation of Islamic values, and campus aesthetics reflecting institutional professionalism. These four aspects contribute to a positive perception that influences students’ interest. The results, supported by subject triangulation, highlight the importance of a calm, religious, and well-organized campus environment in promotional strategies and the development of Islamic character. The implications of this study suggest that the management of campus servicescapes, which reflects Islamic values and creates a comfortable atmosphere, can enhance prospective students' interest in choosing Islamic Private Universities. Therefore, IPUS must focus on cleanliness, aesthetics, and Islamic symbols in its marketing strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the implementation of the wisdom of Idariyah in the management of Islamic education. This research is a literature study. Data collection methods used are studies taken from books that discuss Noah and management of Islamic education. The results of this study are Islamic education is an organization based on the Qur'an and the hadith of the Prophet, so the management must be absolutely perfect in all aspects. Noah was a model of an outstanding leader in dealing with the problems of his people, firmly defending the truth, never giving up and not caring about demons who discouraged his preaching. His perseverance and determination must be set as an example by today's leaders.

Abstract

Studying the yellow book cannot be separated from the world of pesantrenan because it becomes a mandatory book (Al-Pole Al-Mukarrarah) which is almost sacred since the fifth century, XIII H, XI and XIII M and to this day continues dynamically in boarding schools especially those in pondok Salaf boarding school. This research formulates to describe the application of the Amtsilati method. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach with data sources obtained through interview and documentation observations. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the application of the Amtsilati method in the learning of Nahwu Shorof to accelerate the study of the yellow book is good enough to be seen from the way of its application. For this reason the application of the Amtsilati method for a quick way to learn the Yellow Book at Pondok Pesantren X by presenting a professional teacher from the Amsilati method as a teacher.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional kepala madrasah dalam membangun budaya belajar di RA Amanatul Izzah Desa Cangkring Sidoarjo. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala madrasah menerapkan empat dimensi kepemimpinan transformasional—idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, dan individualized consideration—dalam praktik kepemimpinannya. Penerapan tersebut mendorong lahirnya budaya belajar yang reflektif, kolaboratif, dan berakar pada nilai-nilai spiritual Islam. Kepemimpinan yang meneladani nilai keikhlasan, empati, dan inovasi terbukti mampu meningkatkan motivasi, profesionalisme, serta semangat belajar guru. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berbasis nilai religius dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam menciptakan komunitas pembelajar di lingkungan madrasah.
