Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work environment and work motivation on employee performance. The population in this study were all 26 employees at the SDA Economic Affairs and Development Administration Office of Central Maluku Regency, totaling 26 employees who were used as research respondents and did not use samples. The results showed that the work environment had a significant effect on employee performance while work motivation had a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of leadership style, organizational culture, policy implementation, and community participation on the efficiency of public services and the happiness of employees in local government in Indonesia. The study involves a quantitative analysis with a sample size of 250 participants. It utilizes a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5 and leverages Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3) for data analysis. The findings demonstrate that all connections are both positive and statistically significant, emphasizing the crucial functions these parameters fulfill in public administration. Leadership style, corporate culture, policy execution, and community participation have a major positive impact on both public service efficiency and employee happiness. The findings provide significant theoretical contributions to the comprehension of public sector management and present practical implications for policymakers and practitioners seeking to enhance public service performance and employee morale.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss and analyze the Work Motivation of Employee Performance in the District Office of Teon Nila Serua, Central Maluku Regency. The benefit of this research is that it provides information about the Effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the District Office of Teon Nila Serua, Central Maluku Regency. The results this hypothetical test of work motivation is significant for employee performance. Therefore the results of this study state that work motivation has a good relationship with employees, increasing employee work motivation is expected to obtain higher performance as well. On this basis work motivation variable (X) can be included as one variable requested for employee performance (Y) in the Teon Nila Serua District Office of Central Maluku Regency.

Abstract

The New Public Service (NPS) Paradigm is a concept that is made to "counter" the administrative paradigm that becomes themainstream, the New Public Management paradigm that has the principle "run government like a business"or "market as asolution to the ills in public sector ". This research is trying to find out the alternative strategy in improving public service quality with the implementation of New Public Service principle in the service of making Vehicle registration certificate The focuS of this literature review on humanistic-based public services (citizen serve not Customers), prioritizing public interest (seek the public interest) and accountability The implementation of the New public Service principles can improve the synergy of public services and the responsiveness of public service organizations to the needs of the community, the implementation of model citizen serves not Custumer, Seek the Public Interest and Public service accountability as part of the New public Service principle is an alternativeimprovement of public service quality.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the efforts to empower coconut farmers in increasing people's in the Gale Gale Administrative Country and the obstacles faced in terms of empowering coconut farmers. The research method uses descriptive methods usingqualitative data types. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis method was carried out starting from data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.The results of the study indicate that the empowerment efforts carried out by the government or related agencies have not been maximized and the income obtained by farmers from coconut processing is still low. There are several things that become obstacles in empowering coconut farmers, one of which is the lack of awareness of coconut farmers to innovate on processed coconut products so that they can develop not only stop at copra and charcoal containers. This is due to the limited competence possessed by farmers ranging from education, skills, and insight so that development is slow and income is still low.

Abstract

Village Original Revenue Management (PADesa) is very important for village development and is regulated in Article 71 of Law No. 6 of 2014. This research uses a qualitative approach, analyzing the capacity of village apparatus in income planning, source identification, and overall management. The findings reveal that the Horale State government has not effectively allocated PADesa funds. To improve revenue management, all stakeholders should engage in deliberative discussions and conduct a comprehensive inventory of revenue sources to improve financial sustainability.

Abstract

This study examines cross-factional political communication in public policy formulation within the Central Maluku Regency DPRD using a political sociology perspective and qualitative methods. The findings reveal that formal and informal communication complement each other in facilitating negotiation, conflict resolution, and consensus-building throughout the policymaking process. Communication effectiveness is strengthened by integrated political networks, digital media adaptation, and political party coordination through ideological alignment, organizational discipline, and coalition-building. Deliberative negotiation and the integration of constituents’ aspirations further enhance policy legitimacy. These findings highlight the critical role of effective cross-factional communication in strengthening legislative performance, promoting inclusive governance, and improving public policy outcomes.
