Abstract

This study aims to determine how much the increase in sales volume obtained by UD. Lombe Mubaraq Kendari City after using the E-commerce sales system. The key informants in this study were the leadership of UD. Cashew Mubaraq Kendari City, UD Employees. Cashew Mubaraq 2 person and UD customers. Kendari City Mubaraq Cashew as much as 2 person Viewed from the nature of this research is descriptive skinative which aims to describe what is being applied, in it there are efforts to describe, record, analyze, and interpret the conditions that currently occur or exist. this research provides an overview of the application of E-commerce and what percentage of its influence.The results showed that the application of e-commerce in increasing sales volume. At UD. Kendari City Coal Cashew, in carrying out its business, UD. Mete Mubaraq applies electronic commerce (electronic commerce) with Facebook media, which is a business transaction that occurs in electronic networks, such as the internet. Benefits that can be felt by UD. Mente Mubaraq with the use of social media is one of the strong driving factors for UD. Mente Mubaraq continues to use social media in developing products, communicating with consumers, suppliers and suppliers, and developing a wider market network.ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peningkatan volume penjualan yang diperoleh UD. Lombe Mubaraq Kota Kendari setelah menggunakan sistem penjualan E-commerce. Informan kunci dalam penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan UD. Kacang Mete Kota Kendari, Karyawan UD. Mete Mubaraq 2 orang dan pelanggan UD. Kota Kendari Mubaraq Mete sebanyak 2 orang. Dilihat dari sifat penelitian ini adalah deskriptif skinatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan apa yang sedang diterapkan, di dalamnya terdapat upaya untuk mendeskripsikan, mencatat, menganalisis, dan menginterpretasikan kondisi yang saat ini terjadi atau ada. penelitian ini memberikan gambaran umum tentang penerapan E-commerce dan berapa persen pengaruhnya.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan e-commerce dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan. Di UD. Mete Batubara Kota Kendari, dalam menjalankan usahanya, UD. Mete Mubaraq menerapkan perdagangan elektronik (electronic commerce) dengan media Facebook, yang merupakan transaksi bisnis yang terjadi di jaringan elektronik, seperti internet. Manfaat yang bisa dirasakan oleh UD. Mente Mubaraq dengan penggunaan media sosial adalah salah satu faktor pendorong kuat bagi UD. Mente Mubaraq terus menggunakan media sosial dalam mengembangkan produk, berkomunikasi dengan konsumen, pemasok dan pemasok, dan mengembangkan jaringan pasar yang lebih luas.

Abstract

Educational inequality in Indonesia’s frontier, outermost, and disadvantaged (3T) regions remains a major challenge, particularly in Papua where education development indicators lag behind the national average. To address this issue, the government introduced the Performance-Based School Operational Assistance (BOS Kinerja) program as an incentive for schools to improve quality through better management and academic outcomes. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of BOS Kinerja in senior high schools (SMA) in Papua and to identify its impacts, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews with principals, teachers, and school committees, complemented by observations and document analysis in four recipient schools located in Jayapura and Mimika Regencies. The findings indicate that BOS Kinerja supports teacher professional development, instructional innovation, and student engagement, particularly in schools with strong leadership and participatory governance. Nevertheless, significant obstacles remain, including limited human resources, delayed fund disbursement, geographical constraints, and performance indicators that are not fully context-sensitive. Strengthening digital financial management, enhancing school leadership capacity, and fostering community participation and cross-sector partnerships are identified as key strategies for ensuring more effective and sustainable implementation of BOS Kinerja in Papua.
