Abstract

Marriage is facility to form a family, marriage is also one of the important bit and sacral of life cycle a person, this is proven by arranging marriage ceremonies in our society, but although marriage held to be sacred but now meaning marriage is shifting, the divorce that happens in society, who including in divorce in family, that next researcher call “sirri” divorce, so that problem in research is whether meaning marriage and meaning “sirri” divorce  and taboo for village community Desa Sidodadi Kecamatan Padang Cermin Kabupaten Pesawaran,Lampung. The purpose of this research is review and analyze entendres the  meaning of marriage and the meaning of“sirri” divorceon seven cases in Desa Sidodadi Kecamatan Padang Cermin Kabupaten Pesawaran Lampung research method used is qualitative method with seveninformant. Data were collected by means of in-depth interviews and observations, and data analysis techniques used are the reduction of data, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the meaning of marriage to the informants belief that if they had found her soul mate then thats when they have to get married, while it is the meaning of divorce is a custom that prevails in the village and divorce is taboo.Keywords: Marriage, sirri, divorce

Abstract

The Pekanbaru City Government implemented the Online Single Submission (OSS) application by opening a Public Service Mall (MPP) that can be accessed by the public. This aims to provide ease of service for business actors. The application of this online-based system is very effective in cutting the bureaucratic chain and eradicating corruption. Apart from that, it can also increase investment achievements during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Online Single Submission (OSS) Implementation for Licensing Services at the Pekanbaru Public Service Mall based on Government Regulation 24 of 2018. This research method is empirical law or non-doctrinal research, namely studying and analyzing primary data juridically obtained from the respondents. The results showed that the respondents were very satisfied with the online-based licensing services at the Pekanbaru City Government MPP. It is recommended that the implementation of OSS be accompanied by regional regulations as ordered by Article 349 of Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning the Regional Government.

Abstract

Research has been carried out to analyze the effect of variations in silica concentration on the synthesis of γ-Al2O3. This research was conducted to determine the variation of Silica against the support γ-Al2O3which is the best as a hydrotreating catalyst in the green fuel industry by using several physical characteristics and analyzing the effect of silica variations on the surface area, pore volume, and pore size of the support. This study uses materials such as Boehmite (AlOOH), equates, 25% NH4OH solution, 6% HNO3, and several variations of Silica such as (Carboxyl, SIRAL, and ZSM). In the process of making supports γ-Al2O3with the sol-gel method in order to homogenize the solutions and silica powders as a buffer variant, it becomes AlOH powder, which is then printed with a press and calcined at a temperature of 550oC gradually to become powder.buffer γ-Al2O3. From the study results, the best variation of γ-Al2O3 silica buffer was carboxyl with a concentration of 6% because several characterization studies showed superior results to γ-Al2O3 support without silica variation. The results of the Surface Area Analyzer characterization greatly affect the hydrotreating catalyst process in the green fuel industry, namely the γ-Al2O3 buffer with the addition of 6% silica carboxyl concentration. This is because a large surface area, pore size, and large pore volume can contain more impregnant solution, and the amount of active phase dispersed will also be greater.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of varying concentrations of Terminalia catappa fruit peel extract on the corrosion rate during immersion periods of 2 days, 4 days, and 6 days for ASTM A36 steel. The ASTM A36 steel specimens were immersed in a corrosive medium containing 2% NaCl, with inhibitor compositions of 0%V, 1%V, 2%V, and 3%V being tested. Measurement results revealed that as the concentration of Terminalia catappa fruit peel extract increased, the corrosion rate proportionally decreased. The lowest corrosion rate was observed in samples with a 3%V inhibitor composition, subjected to a 4-day immersion, measuring at 0.02321 mmpy. Moreover, with the augmentation of fruit peel extract concentration, inhibition efficiency exhibited an augmented trend (83.02% for the 3%V composition, and the lowest at 41.84% for the 1%V composition).

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian biofaom menggunakan biopolimer alam berupa pati singkong, selulosa dari serat jagung, dan polivinil Alkohol (PVA). Pembuatan biofoam tersebut dicetak menggunakan metode thermopressing dengan T=150 OC dan ditekan t = 3 menit. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk, ditambahkanlah bahan aditif berupa ion Ag+ yang dapat memberikan sifat antibakteri biofoam. Ion Ag+ diproduksi dengan menggunakan metode elektrolisis dari batang AgBr  menggunakan tegangan listrik 15 Volt. Kemudian, larutan yang mengandung ion Ag+  hasil elektrolisis divarisasikan konsentrasi (12 ppm, 17 ppm, 22 ppm, 27 ppm). Ion tersebut kemudian dilapiskan ke dalam produk biofoam menggunakan metode dip coating, lalu dikeringkan pada suhu ruangan. Berdasarkan hasil karakterisasi FTIR,  gugus fungsi O-H dan N-H bending diduga tempat menempelnya ion Ag+ pada biofoam. Hal ini dikarenakan tingginya afinitas gugus tersebut serta perbedaan nilai keelektronegatifan pada atom O dan N. Berdasarkan hasil uji antibakteri bakteri Bacillus sp didapatkanlah nilai diameter zona hambat pengujian pada keempat sampel berturut-turut 1,88 mm, 2,88 mm, 5,55 mm, dan 7,44 mm. Namun, hasil berbeda didapatkan pada pengujian bakteri Escherchia coli dengan tidak munculnya zona hambat yang dihasilkan. Kemudian, penambahan ion Ag+ pada biofoam tidak mempengaruhi pengujian daya serap air karena nilai pengujian cendrung tetap dengan rata-rata pengujian daya serap air mecapai 18,37%.

Abstract

Pontianak merupakah Ibu Kota Provinsi Kalimantan Barat yang sangat kental dengan sungai, rawa dan hutan hujannya. Provinsi Kalimantan merupakan salah satu paru-paru dunia karena luas hutannya, yaitu sekitar 40,8 juta hektar. Sayangnya laju deforestasi di Kalimantan demikian cepatnya. Menurut data yang dikeluarkan Departemen Kehutanan, angka deforestasi di Kalimantan pada 2000 sampai dengan 2005 mencapai sekitar 1,23 juta hektare. Pembangunan kota yang terjadi mengakibatkan penebangan pohon yang begitu massive sehingga menyisakan beberapa DNA hutan dan pepohonan yang dahulu pernah ada. Kawasan Sungai Jawi atau jalan H.R.A. Rahman merupakah salah satu yang dahulunya pernah menjadi daerah logging besar di Kota Pontianak yang ditumbuhi berbagai pohon hutan seperti pohon Jawi, pohon Angsana, pohon Trambesi dan pohon Tanjung. Beberapa tatanan pohon hingga sekarang masih dapat dijumpai di koridor jalan H.R.A. Rahman yang memiliki tinggi serta kanopi yang besar. Koridor pada jalan ini juga memiliki peruntukan lahan sebagai kawasan perdagangan dan jasa yang cukup berpengaruh di Kota Pontianak sehingga hal ini yang menjadi ketertarikan penulis untuk meneliti bagimana persepsi tingkat kenyamanan thermal terhadap pengaruh pohon pada segmen jalan H.R.A. Rahman. Penelitian ini nantinya menggunakan bantuan software googlearth untuk mengukur lokasi amatan, observasi wawancara serta aplikasi Rhinoceros untuk mengukur dan visualisasi besar radiasi serta pembayangan sinar matahari terhadap kondisi koridor jalan H.R.A. Rahman.

Abstract

The Indonesian government's policy of increasing the price of fuel oil (BBM) in 2022 had a significant impact on people's lives. The city of Pontianak is one of those affected. As a city with more than 422,429 active drivers, the increase in fuel prices affects spending on daily mobility. Several cities in Indonesia have implemented public transportation facilities that are running well. However, research related to public transportation in the city of Pontianak is still minimal. This study aims to examine the perspective of people in Pontianak city on public transportation regarding the increase in fuel prices. The data collection method used a questionnaire survey with a purposive sampling technique. The survey results were analyzed by looking at the relationship between the mean value and standard deviation. Correlation analysis between several variables was conducted in this study. The study found the inconsistency of public perceptions about public transportation in Pontianak. These results showed the negative correlation in the analysis result between variables regarding opinions related to saving mobilization costs and responses about the urgency of public transportation

Abstract

Abstrak: Dunia digemparkan dengan mewabahnya virus mutasi baru yang bermula dari Wuhan yang memiliki penyebaran sangat cepat sehingga menyebar kepenjuru negara termasuk Indonesia. Virus ini kemudia diberi nama Coronavirus Disease 2019 atau disingkat COVID-19. Berbagai macam multidisiplin ilmu mempelajari virus ini dari penyebaran, pencegahan, serta dampak dari virus ini. Penyebaran covid-19 semakin meningkat diseluruh wilayah Indonesia dengan kasus yang naik-turun menjadi perhatian penting pada bidang medis. Dampak lain dari adanya virus ini adalah berubahnya budayanongkrong pada masyarakat di Indonesia khususnya di Kota Pontianak yang memiliki budaya nongkrong di warung kopi yang kental. Pada tahun 2022 tingkat pencegahan melalui vaksiniasi di Indonesia mencapai angka yang cukup baik yakni 57,7%. HerdImmunity atau kekebalan suatu kelompok merupakan keadaan di mana suatu populasi dapat terlindung dari virus sehingga kemungkinan virus ini dianggap flu biasa nantinya juga dapat terjadi sehingga masyarakat perlahan melupakan adanya kejadian yang pernah melanda seluruh dunia. Melalui Memorial Park, masyarakat diajak untuk refleksi terhadap memori yang terjadi tahun 2020-2022 silam serta membangkitkan kembali budaya nongkrong dengan adaptasi baru.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di sekolah dan kompetensi guru dalam melaksanakannya serta tanggung jawab yang berkaitan dengan evaluasi proses pembelajaran. Teknik penyusunannya menggunakan strategi penelitian kepustakaan. Pada dasarnya penilaian pembelajaran diharapkan dapat menghasilkan data yang diharapkan dapat mengembangkan lebih lanjut pengalaman pendidikan. Meskipun demikian, interaksi pelaksanaan sebenarnya mengacu pada langkah-langkah penilaian yang bersifat Paedagogik. Hendaknya guru Pendidikan Agama Islam lebih fokus dalam pelaksanaan penilaian pembelajaran dengan terus membuat kerangka inkuiri agar substansi yang disinggung dalam inkuiri lebih menarik, menyusun profil kemajuan kelas sehingga pendidik dapat membedakan kembali kekurangan dan kualitas bagian-bagian pembelajaran, dan selanjutnya dengan membantu siswa. dalam memberikan bimbingan tentang metode yang paling Profesional untuk menangani masalah-masalah yang tidak dapat ditangani oleh siswa.

Abstract

The Kapuas Hulu District Government established a Meeting Hall Building in North Putussibau District, BecauseNorth Putussibau District is the capital of Kapuas Hulu District, the Kapuas Hulu District Meeting Hall building beganconstruction in 2009 and was completed in 2010. The meeting hall building is usually used for events. weddings,traditional gatherings and so on. The Meeting Hall building since it was completed in 2010, has not been used at all,because the building has land ownership problems between local residents and the government, so the building isabandoned. This meeting hall building has a building area of 2,220 m2, the current condition of the building is verypoor, starting from the cracked walls of the building, the broken glass of the building and the roof of the building thatleaks in several places, causing the ceiling of the building to collapse.The purpose of this study is to be able to identifythe damage to the building of the Kapauas Hulu Regency Meeting Hall, to be able to plan the meeting hall buildingto become a badminton sports building and to be able to plan the building according to SNI 03-1733-2004 concerningresidential and urban environmental planning. The formulation of the problem in writing this report is How toRevitalize the Meeting Hall Building in Kapuas Hulu Regency, therefore the author tries to revitalize the Kapuas HuluRegency meeting hall building.The methods used in solving this problem are qualitative methods and quantitativemethods. The qualitative method is subjective in nature, the research conducts direct interactions with the object understudy.From the results of the Revitalization of the Meeting Hall Building into a Badminton Sports Building, it can beconcluded that the Kapuas Hulu district meeting hall building is very suitable to be used as a badminton sportsbuilding, seen from several aspects such as building area, area and population. Based on the results of the revitalizationof this building, it has several advantages, in terms of architecture, planning of parking lots and parks. This buildingis also designed to follow the standards for the badminton court, starting from the height of the building and thebuilding area.
