Abstract

Latar Belakang?: Endometriosis adalah suatu kelainan ginekologi jinak ditandai dengan adanya kelenjar dan stroma endometrium diluar lokasi normal. Endometriosis merupakan suatu??kelainan kronik merupakan penyebab utama dari infertilitas, dismenorea, dyspareunia dan??nyeri pelvis kronis dengan berbagai tingkat nyeri. Tatalaksana??endometriosis dapat berupa terapi medikamentosa dan atau terapi pembedahan. Terapi pembedahan dapat bersifat koservatif maupun definitif.?Tujuan?: Mengetahui karakteristik penderita endometriosis dan adenomiosis yang ditindak di RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang periode Januari 2017- Oktober 2018.?Metode?: Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif retrospektif, menggunakan rekam medis penderita endoetriosis yang ditindak di RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang.?Hasil penelitian?:??pada penelitain ini didapatkan 160 kasus pasien endometriosis yang ditindak selama periode tersebut tetapi pasien yang memiliki data rekam medis yang lengkap hanya 154 kasus. Distribusi penderita endometriosis terbanyak kelompok usia 36-45 tahun (42.2%), kawin (87,7%), nulipara (61,7%), kista endometriosis ( 44,8%),?metode laparatomi (54.6%), dan jenis operasi terbanyak?kistektomi ( 44,8%) , serta keluhan nyeri berkurang setelah operasi (62.7%)Kesimpulan?:?Karakteristik penderita endometriosis yang ditindak terbanyak pada kelompok usia 36-45 tahun, kawin, nulipara, kista endometriosis, metode laparotomy, jenis operasi kistatektomi, dan keluhan nyeri berkurang setelah operasi?

Abstract

Background : Endometriosis is a benign gynecological disorder characterized by the presence of endometrial glands and stroma outside the normal location. Endometriosis is a chronic disorder which is a major cause of infertility, dysmenorrhea, dyspareunia and chronic pelvic pain with varying degrees of pain. Management of endometriosis can be in the form of medical therapy and/ or surgical therapy. Surgical therapy can be conservative and definitive.Objective : This study aims to obtain the characteristics of patients with endometriosis and adenomiosis who are operated at Dr. M. Djamil Padang for the period of January 2017 - October 2018.Method : This was descriptive retrospective study, using medical records data of endometriosis patient at Dr. RSUP M. Djamil Padang.Result : The results of the study obtained 160 cases of endometriosis patients who were operated during that period but only 154 patients had complete data in the medical record. Endometriosis cases were common among age of 36-45 years old (42.2%), married (87.7%), nullipara (61.7%), ovarian endometrioma (44.8%),laparotomy method (54.6%), type of surgery was cystectomy (44.8%), and pain reduced post operation (62.7%).Conclusion : Most frequent characteristics of endometriosis patient were operated in the 36-45 year age group, married, nullipara, ovarian endometrioma, laparotomy method, type of surgery was cystectomy and pain reduced post operationKeywords: endometriosis, adenomiosis, dysmenorrhea

Abstract

Objectives: to analyze the relationship between menopause and depression in PadangMethods : This type of research is an analytical observational with a comparative cross sectional approach that looks at the relationship between menopause and depression incidence. The research was conducted in the working area of the Padang City Health Center from April to June 2020. The instrument used in this study was the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HDRS / Ham-D) which was used to measure the level of depression and a questionnaire to ask questions related to the characteristics of the respondents.Results: A study was conducted on 170 people consisting of 85 respondents who had menopause and 85 respondents who had not yet menopause. Conclusion: As many as 50 (58.8%) menopausal respondents experienced depression and 35 (41.2%) respondents did not experience depression. There is a relationship between menopause and depression (p <0.05). There was a relationship between age, current medical history, income, occupation, and education level with the incidence of depression (p <0.05). There is no relationship between menopause duration, marital status, and BMI with depression incidence (p> 0.05)Keywords: depression, Hamilton Depression Rating Scale , menoupause
