Abstract

Implementasi Digital Tourism/E-Tourism sangat berpotensi dalam meningkatkan Tingkat Hunian Homestay di Kabupaten Humbahas khususnya Kecamatan Bakti Raja. Hal ini disebabkan oleh semakin pesatnya pertumbuhan digital information. Semua tempat dan informasi dapat dijangkau dengan menggunakan fasilitas Digital Information. Hal ini berlaku disemua sisi ilmu pengetahuan umat manusia pada Jaman sekarang ini.Dengan menggunakan Digital Information, ilmu pengetahuan berkembang, perekonomian berkembang dan informasi suatu objek dan lokasi juga semakin berkembang. Dengan demikian hal ini berpengaruh dengan perkembangan kegiatan ekonomi pariwisata secara umum. Melalui digital information, banyak tempat dan lokasi wisata akan dipertontonkan kepada dunia sehingga mengundang banyak perhatian. Disamping itu banyak atraksi, hal hal menarik dan kegiatan yang menarik sehingga orang dapat tertarik berkunjung kesana. Maka sarana akomodasi untuk tinggal sementara waktu selama disana akan dibutuhkan. Hal ini adalah merupakan peluang besar bagi masyarakat setempat untuk dapat memamfaatkan situasi tersebut. Maka peluang membuka usaha homestay sangat berpotensi meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat di lokasi objek wisata tersebut. Tentu nya homestay tersebut dapat diketahui oleh wisatawan keberadaan nya apabila ada promosi atau pemberitahuan melalui media massa seperti Koran, Majalah, Brosur dan lebih terjangkau seperti Layanan Internet atau sering kita sebut Digital Information. Bidang promosi Digital Information ini lebih spesifik kita sebut Digital Tourism atau E-tourism karena secara khusus berhubungan dengan informasi tentang Pariwisata serta Objek Wisata.Berkaitan dengan implementasi Digital Tourism untuk meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan yang akan menggunakan sarana Homestay ini sangat relevan. Oleh karena dilokasi objek wisata tertentu tidak terdapat Hotel untuk sarana akomodasi. Oleh sebab itu sebagai sarana alternative diperlukan sarana homestay yang memadai sebagai tempat beristirahat sementara di objek wisata tersebut. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan promosi Homestay secara Digital sebagai suatu cara untuk meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan pada homestay tersebut. ?

Abstract

Homestay adalah sarana tinggal yang dapat membantu wisatawan untuk tinggal sementara selama kunjungannya di suatu tempat atau objek wisata. Istilah homestay umumnya bekerja di muka dan akan mencakup item seperti jenis akomodasi, lama tinggal, pekerjaan yang diperlukan untuk dilakukan (misalnya, membersihkan, pencucian, membantu di sebuah peternakan), jam malam, penggunaan utilitas dan internet, televisi atau telepon, dan aturan yang terkait dengan merokok, minum, dan obat-obatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginventarisir jumlah homestay yang berada di Kabupaten Tanah Karo. Mengetahui minat kunjungan tamu pada homestay di kabupaten tanah karo. Mendeskripsikan sejauh mana faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kunjungan pada homestay di Kabupaten Tanah Karo. Hasil penelitian lebih lanjut dilapangan bahwa jumlah homestay yang ada di Kabupaten Karo tidak banyak. Yang dikenal oleh wisatawan seperti Wisma sibayak, Losmen sibayak dan Nachelle Homestay. Wisatawan lokal maupun internasional ada yang pernah menginap di homestay dan ada juga yang belum pernah menginap di homestay. Tingkat kunjungan wisatawan lokal dan internasional yang masih terbatas. Hasil dari penyebaran angket yang dilakukan, penulis mendapatkan beberapa informasi yang berguna mengenai faktor pendukung dari pengunjung yang menginap dan juga informasi dari pemerintah setempat di Kabupaten Karo. Semua opini yang diberikan menekankan bahwa Homestay yang memberikan pelayanan kepada tamu harus menekankan kepada lokasi homestay yang strategis ke lokasi objek wisata, fasilitas yang tersedia, kebersihan homestay, aktifitas yang membuat tamu merasa nyaman untuk tinggal pada homestay, keamanan serta harga yang ditawarkan oleh pemilik homestay. Abstract

Pure local wisdom is very well maintained as an attraction for a village area that can provide added value for people who come from that area. Because the results of the community's wisdom provide knowledge for humans to be able to survive and end human activities which can also be an original attraction originating from the area. Therefore this local wisdom must be maintained and cannot be tampered with or tampered with. So this local wisdom can maintain the natural authenticity of a region. Tourism promotion is very much needed in order to call and market a tourist area. This is necessary because tourism promotion is related to selling an interesting and fun tourism product to potential consumers, namely tourists who want to come to visit that location. Of course the prices, places, products sold and the tourist facilities offered can arouse the appetite of guests to be able to come to these tourist attractions. This communication aims to disseminate information, influence and remind the market and products offered by the company so that people want to buy, accept and be loyal to the products offered. The development of tourism marketing that relies on radio television services has long been carried out by companies providing products to consumers by providing radio and television advertisements. And these radio and television advertising activities have had a positive impact on the progress of advertising to date. However, in this case a fairly high cost is needed to carry out promotions using radio and television. Therefore, other effective online media are needed to market a tourism product. The media is currently being developed and the message is to use social media such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok which are promotional platforms which are also quite effective. We call this type of Platform as Digital Media. One of the tourist villages that will be given attention by researchers in this case is the Meat Tourism Village, Tampahan District where the tourist village of Meat is located in Toba district with its beautiful landscape. In this case, what factors are needed to develop a meat touristm village by utilizing local wisdom and culture through digital marketing for tourism business. The results of the analysis from the research conducted by the author that Variable (X1) Local Wisdom, Variable (X2) Benefits of Tourism Villages, Variable (X3) Tourism Promotion and Variable (X4) Utilization of Digital Marketing greatly influence Variable (Y) Development of Tourism Villages. This can be seen from the F test in the SPSS application to find out the Hypothesis of the Independent Variables X1, X2, X3, and X4 affecting the Dependent Variable (Y) where the Sig value is 0.000 <0.002 and the calculated F value is 18.598 > from the F value Table 2.467 so that it can be The conclusion is that all hypotheses (Variable X) are simultaneously acceptable.

Abstract

Desa Meat yang terletak di kecamatan Tampahan kabupaten Toba, Sumatera Utara, merupakan pusat pembuatan tenun ulos jenis Ragi Hotang. Hampir setiap rumah di desa Meat bertenun hanya sedikit warga desa Meat yang mengolah ikan pora-pora dengan menggorengnya dan memasarkannya sampai keluar kota. Banyaknya habitat hidup ikan kaca-kaca menyebabkan turunnya populasi ikan pora-pora. Para warga yang berada di desa meat dan sekitaran nya tidak bisa mengolah ikan kaca-kaca tersebut karena mempunyai duri yang keras. Dengan alasan inilah penulis meneliti apakah ikan pora-pora dapat diolah dan dijadikan oleh-oleh khas kabupaten toba dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Dan berdasarkan hasil percobaan yang telah dilakukan, ikan kaca-kaca dapat di olah menjadi keripik dengan standart resep dan procedure yang tepat. Keripik ikan kaca-kaca mempunyai rasa yang gurih dan tekstur yang rapuh. Ikan kaca-kaca ini dapat di konsumsi oleh warga, dan dapat di pasarkan di kabupaten Toba. Bisa sebagai cemilan ataupun oleh-oleh pengunjung, mengingat jenis cemilan ini bisa bertahan lama.

Abstract

Meat Village, located in Tampahan sub-district, Toba regency, North Sumatra, is the center for making ulos weaving type of Ragi Hotang. Almost every house in Meat village is weaving, only a few Meat villagers process fish by frying it and marketing it out of town. The large number of living habitats of glass-glass fish causes a decrease in the population of pora-pora. The residents in the meat village and its surroundings cannot process the glass fish because it has hard thorns. For this reason, the author examines whether pora-pora fish can be processed and used as souvenirs typical of Toba Regency using qualitative research methods. And based on the results of experiments that have been done, glass fish can be processed into chips with the right standard recipes and procedures. Glass fish chips have a savory taste and crumbly texture. This glass fish can be consumed by residents, and can be marketed in Toba district. It can be as a snack or souvenir by visitors, considering that this type of snack can last a long time.

Abstract

Village of Thousand Flowers Tourism in Karo Regency has significant potential in utilizing local natural resources for the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This research aims to analyze how local natural resources can be optimized in the process of developing MSME products in this area. The research methodology involves surveys, interviews, and observations of MSME actors in the Village of Thousand Flowers Tourism. Qualitative analysis is applied to the collected data to identify the types of local natural resources that can be utilized, as well as strategies that can be implemented in the development of MSME products. The results indicate that the Village of Thousand Flowers Tourism possesses rich local natural resources in the form of flora and fauna that can serve as raw materials for MSME products. Some potential products include handicrafts, culinary items, and souvenirs that reflect the unique culture and local environment. The active involvement of the local community in the production process is crucial for the successful optimization of these natural resources. The application of creative economic principles and local value addition can be a solution to enhance the competitiveness of MSME products from the Village of Thousand Flowers Tourism. Support from local governments, business actors, and the community is essential in creating a conducive environment for the development of MSME products based on local natural resources. This research contributes strategically to the development of MSMEs based on local natural resources in the Village of Thousand Flowers Tourism, Karo Regency. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for stakeholders in fostering sustainable local economic potential

Abstract

The implementation of entertainment and recreation at tourist objects really needs to be considered by tourism actors and local governments. This is very necessary so that tourist guests who come to visit can stay longer and the number of tourists visiting also increases. Because in principle the basic concept in carrying out tourism activities must fulfill three important things, among others, the first is what to see, namely what can be seen. The second is what to do, namely what activities can be done. The third is what to buy, ie anything interesting can be bought. The implementation of entertainment and recreational activities has summarized these three things, namely what to do, what to see and what to buy. Toba Regency also provides entertainment and recreational activities at existing tourist objects but relatively limited availability, facilities and infrastructure. After conducting surveys and discussions with tourists and tourism actors, the implementation of entertainment and recreation facilities still needs to be improved. Because what tourists are interested in is not yet available in several tourist objects on the beach such as volleyball, water bikes, banana boats, entertainment facilities for music and karaoke performances, as well as other entertaining game facilities. Cleanliness, parking lots and barriers for security on the beach still need attention. This causes the number of tourists visiting Toba Regency to decrease in number. In addition to the covid 19 pandemic situation. Entertainment facilities outside of tourist objects that can also be provided are art and cultural performance facilities, sports facilities and activities, culinary bazaars and entertainment activities. others need to be held to attract visiting tourists. The government's role in the strategy for developing the implementation of entertainment and recreation has carried out promotional activities, marketing through existing tourist objects in Toba Regency, but entertainment and recreation facilities have not been optimally arranged in collaboration with existing tourism object actors. Supervision of the implementation of entertainment needs to be maximized so that the facilities and infrastructure available for the implementation of entertainment and recreational activities can be carried out properly, so that tourists can enjoy entertainment and recreational activities and can stay longer in Toba district. Where is currently the average length of visit by tourists is 2 to 4 days. The number of tourists that tends to decrease is added to the current pandemic situation. It can be seen from the statistics on the number of tourists visiting starting from 2016 that domestic tourists who visited were 436,260 people and 11,975 foreign tourists. In 2017, there were 729,445 domestic tourists visiting and 12,121 foreign tourists. In 2018, there were 644,261 domestic tourists visiting and 1242 foreign tourists. In 2019, there were 801,066 domestic tourists visiting and 1611 foreign tourists. In 2020, there were 217,462 domestic tourists visiting and 261 foreign tourists. After analyzing the number of tourists from 2016 to 2019, there was an increase in the number of domestic tourist visits by 54 percent. However, in 2020 the number of domestic tourists decreased drastically to 217,462, there was a drastic decrease of 583,604 people from the latest data in 2019 of 801,066 people or 72 percent. Likewise, foreign tourists experienced a significant decrease from 2017 as many as 12,121 down to 1242 in 2018 and slightly increased in 2019 as many as 1611 people and in 2020 it fell to 261. In 2020 the decline in the number of tourists was indeed caused by the covid 19 pandemic. However, The decline in the number of tourists from 2018 to 2019 still needs further study. The Toba district government has done a lot of development for the advancement of tourism in tourism objects such as promotion and marketing. However, supervision of the implementation of these attractions is still very much needed. Then the Toba Regency government should be able to cooperate with tourism object managers so that the facilities and implementation of entertainment and recreational activities can be well organized and carried out properly in order to increase the number of tourists and tourist satisfaction in visiting entertainment places. and recreation in Toba Regency. The Toba Regency Government should be able to conduct a direct survey of how tourists want to organize entertainment and recreation so that visiting tourists can fulfill their desires to vacation in tourist attractions in Toba Regency. This can increase tourist visits in the years to come. And the toba district government still needs other strategies to increase the success of entertainment and recreation. The analytical method that the author applies is descriptive analysis method to identify the problems that exist in the object of research so that the authors can conclude the problems and identify solutions to the problems in the research.

Abstract

This writing is a professional work of team research of Akademi Pariwisata Medan who concentrates their research in a South Aceh Regency of Tapak Tuan District. The object of the research is “FACILITIES AND INFRASTRUCTURE TOWARDS TOURISM OBJECT IN THE CITY OF TAPAK TUAN, TAPAK TUAN DISTRICT, SELATAN ACEH REGENCY”. The data of the analyses were acquired directly from website, books and directly from the real location and situation in Tapak Tuan Tourism Sites. The data acquired is the basic needs to be analyzed in order to find out the real problem of tourism sites. The purpose of analyses is to increase the visitors the Tourism Sites in Tapak Tuan by researching the real problem and situations to be analyzed and to find out the solution of the situation. The theory applied in the research is empirical theory by doing a direct observation in the area of research combined with answering question of Why and How related to the situation and condition of Tapak Tuan Tourism Area. The facilities and infrastructure needs to be seriously managed by the tourist businessman and local government. This problem must be solved immediately to increase the beneficial of tourism sites to increase the visitors as well as tourism income in Tapak Tuan Finally the writer hopes the research would be beneficial for the development of Tourism in Tapak Tuan District in South Aceh Regency Aceh Province.

Abstract

Denai Lama tourist village is the first tourist village in Deli Serdang Regency. This tourist village was formed by involving the local village government and stakeholders to build a new tourism image in Deli Serdang Regency. The Denai Lama tourist village started on January 20, 2019 but before it was inaugurated there were already tourists visiting there. From the results of the research carried out there were 3 important information, including community responses, namely From the number of families in the village of Denai Lama as many as 921 families who have agricultural land as many as 601 families or 65.25 percent and those who do not have agricultural land 320 families or 34.74 percent who own agricultural land. The community believes that good agricultural products sold before and after being processed really help their economy, especially after the Denai Lama village was officially appointed as a tourist village in April 2022 by the Regent of Deli Serdang. The response of the local government is that currently there are more than 97 families managing small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and 68% of the community as farmers. From the results they have they are greatly helped because the community is able to process the results of ready-to-eat food products and souvenirs for tourists visiting the tourist village of Denai Lama. The response of tourists is that tourists who visit are very interested in visiting the Denai Lama tourist village because they can enjoy the village atmosphere directly and can enjoy the arts and cultural performances provided and can also enjoy processed products from the available community. The tourist attractions provided are quite entertaining with clean huts in the middle of beautiful rice fields and it is fun to spoil the eyes seeing the vast rice fields accompanied by artistic and cultural performances from the village community of Denai Lama.
