Abstract

Background: Tuberculosis is a lung disease caused by Mycobaterium tuberculosis. places where the spread of tuberculosis is easy, namely in prisons because of poor sanitationObjectives: to determine the incidence of TB in prisons regarding environmental sanitationDesign: The research method used in this study is the method of searching journal article in a database by using the word keyword according to topic.Data Sources Results: The results of this study the author discusses the weaknesses and strengths of this journal by using a SWOT analysis. Strength was found in several prisons that had screened for TB and implemented the DOTS (Directly Observed Treatment Shortcourse) strategy. Weakness has not conducted direct research, researchers only review studies that have been conducted by previous researchers. Prison opportunities can inform the importance of maintaining a clean environment and health so as not to be infected by previous TB sufferers. Threats If the prison authorities are not firm in providing information to prisoners in providing counseling, it is feared that the incidence of TB in prisons will increase due to the uncontrolled influence of environmental sanitation.Conclusion: showed that there werw still many person that still did not meet environmental requirements and were still carrying out bad behavioral habits such as smoking habits, habitual salivation and not keeping their mouths shut when coughing/not wearing masks. Causing a high incidence of tuberculosis in prisons

Abstract

Background : Abortion is the process of expulsion from the conception of the fetus before it can live outside the womb. In Indonesia, the incidence of abortion is estimated to reach 2.3 million per year, around 75,000 done by adolescents. The Purpose : of this study is to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes of adolescents towards abortion in SMK 9 Kota Tangerang. Research Method : used is descriptive correlation with cross sectional approach.  collection using a questionnaire with a sample of 132 samples. Sampling using random sampling and test analysis using chi-square. Research Results : showed there was a relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes of adolescents towards abortion in SMK 9 Tangerang City in 2020 with p value = 0.003≤ 0.05. Conclusion :  from the results of the study there is a relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes of adolescents towards abortion

Abstract

Background: According to data from the Ministry of Health in 2017 the number of toddlers in Indonesia reached 23,848,283 toddlers, with the number of Integrated Healthcare Center in Indonesia totaling 294,428 Integrated Healthcare Center toddlers, of the total number of toddlers Integrated Healthcare Center of 57.43% namely active Integrated Healthcare Center and 42.57% namely Integrated Healthcare Center is not active. The data shows that there is still a gap between active Integrated Healthcare Center that is 100% and active Integrated Healthcare Center that have not reached 100%. Objective: To inform the research that has been done relating to the Literature Study on the Effect of Knowledge of Integrated Healthcare Center on Compliance with Mothers to Make Integrated Healthcare Center Visits. Research Methods: The method used in this research is to use journal article searches by using keywords according to topics. Results and Conclusions: The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between the Literature Study on the Effect of Knowledge of Integrated Healthcare Center on Compliance Mothers to Visit Integrated Healthcare Center.

Abstract

Preliminary Based on the results of preliminary studies that have been conducted at Miftahul Khaer Islamic Boarding School, the results are obtained (70%) or 14 out of 20 people have gastritis, (10%) or 2 other people do not know if they have gastritis, then (20%) or 4 other people do not having gastritis. Purpose to determine the effect of health education on student attitudes in the prevention of gastritis. Method This type of research is quantitative research with a Quasi-experimental research design. sampling technique using incidental sampling. The sample in this study were 140 respondents. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The results based on the Wilcoxon test showed a p-value of 0,000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that "H1 is accepted" which means there is an influence of health education on student attitudes in the prevention of gastritis. Conclusion Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that health education greatly influences changes in a person's attitude because of the counseling gained knowledge so that it can change one's mindset for the better.

Abstract

Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan diketahui yang mengalami penurunan produksi asi 100%, 60% ibu menyusui memberikan susu formula. Wortel dan madu merupakan salah satu makanan yang mengandung beta karoten (provitamin A) yang dapat melakukan rangsangan sekreksi hormon prolaktin didalam epitel pada alveoli agar dapat menampung air susu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  mengetahui pengaruh pemberian jus wortel dan madu terhadap kelancaran produksi ASI  pada ibu menyusui di Puskesmas Jatiuwung. Metode penelitian penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Praeksperimen dengan rancangan One Group Pretest Posttest Design. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 20 orang. Data ini diambil menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Berdasarkan hasil uji analisis Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, menghasilkan nilai Sig = 0,000. Maka dapat disimpulkan “Ha diterima” ( Sig 0,000 < 0,05). Artinya ada pengaruh pemberian jus wortel dan madu terhadap kelancaran produksi asi di Puskesmas Jatiuwung Tangerang 2020. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini ada pengaruh pemberian jus wortel dan madu.
