Abstract

The problem of cavities is still a lot of complaints by both children and adults and cannot be allowed to be severe because it will affect the quality of life where they will experience pain, discomfort, disability, acute and chronic infections, eating and sleeping disorders and have a high risk of being treated. in the hospital, which causes high medical costs, disruption of daily activities and reduced learning time at school. . The method used in this study is a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research instrument used was a questionnaire in the form of a google form link, the sample in this study used an accidental sampling technique totaling 100 respondents with an age range of 6-12 years, and data analysis using the Wilcoxon test. The results of the study were based on the Wilcoxon test results obtained p-Value 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted, which means that there is an effect of dental health education on knowledge and dental care behavior.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research with descriptive method. The subject of this research is the community in Periuk Village. The data collection method used in this research is the method of interview (interview), observation, and documentation. This research was conducted on seven respondents who live in Periuk Village. The purpose of this research is to find out the community's insight regarding covid-19, the response that arises among the community when they hear things related to covid-19 and covid-19 patients. The background to the problem in this research is that many of our people still lack insight into COVID-19 and the negative responses that people make when they hear about Covid-19 patients in their area. The conclusions of the research results obtained are: first, the majority of people in Periuk Village already have sufficient insight about covid-19. Second, the majority of the responses that arise among the community towards Covid-19 patients are very good. Third, there is a sense of caring for each other, mutual help from the community for people with COVID-19 while still carrying out the protocols that have been recommended by the government.

Abstract

Covid-19 has become a global public health problem. Lack of knowledge about COVID-19 has led to an increase in the number of positive COVID-19 patients. Health education is an action that is considered to increase knowledge and behavior of individuals or communities regarding COVID-19. Objective: The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of health education on the level of public knowledge about Covid-19. Research Design: quasi-experimental design (Pre and Post Test without control). Sampling technique: sampling in this study used a total sampling of 96 respondents with different levels of knowledge in Tangerang. Data Analysis: The data analysis in this study used univariate and bivariate analysis. Results: From the results of providing health education to 96 respondents, the results of the average pre-test and post-test with a P Value of 0.001 <0.05 so that H0 is rejected, it can be interpreted that health education has an influence on the level of public knowledge about COVID-19.

Abstract

Stunting is a nutritional problem that has a negative impact on achieving optimal growth and development in children. One of the causes of stunting is the inaccuracy of giving balanced nutritional food. The purpose of this study was to analyze the timing of giving balanced nutritional foods to the nutritional status of stunting children, using a quasi-experimental method, one group pre, and post-test design. The sample of this research was taken by accidental sampling technique as many as 45 respondents. The analysis test used Wilcoxon with the result of Sig 0.000 (< 0.05), where there was an effect of the time of giving balanced nutrition to the nutritional status of stunting children in the work area of ??the Tangerang District Health Office.

Abstract

Pengamatan pada beberapa lingkungan sekolah dan lingkungan masyarakat di Kabupaten Tangerang dimana permasalahan tentang sampah belum menemukan solusi yang tepat. Lingkungan sekolah menjadi salah satu agen penghasil sampah yang besar setiap hari. Perilaku masyarakat maupun warga sekolah terhadap sampah manjadi salah satu faktor terciptnya Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS). Angka kejadian penyakit yang disebabkan oleh PHBS masih tinggi. Penyakit yang paling banyak diderita terjadi karena kurangnya pemahaman PHBS terutama yang berkaitan dengan kebersihan lingkungan, hal ini terjadi karena PHBS di Indonesia baru mencapai presentase 56,58%. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh program Kurassaki (Kurangi Sampah Sekolah Kita) terhadap PHBS siswa pada Sekolah Pilot Project Bappeda Kabupaten Tangerang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Quasi-eksperimen. teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Stratified Random Sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 175 responden pada kelompok eksperimen dan 183 responden pada kelompok control. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Berdasarkan uji Mann-Whitney didapatkan hasil p-value 0,000<0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa “H1 diterima” yang berarti ada Pengaruh program kurassaki terhadap PHBS siswa pada sekolah Pilot Project Bappeda Kabupaten Tangerang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan program Kurassaki di sekolah membawa pengaruh positif bagi PHBS siswa dan membuat siswa lebih peduli terhadap lingkungan.

Abstract

Background: Stunting is a nutritional problem that has a negative impact on achieving optimal growth and development in children. The Tangerang District Health Office has a high percentage of stunting children. Improving the nutrition of stunting children is influenced by providing balanced nutrition to children. Stunting children have an old orange with elementary-high school education. This study aims to determine the relationship between mother's education, mother's occupation and exclusive breastfeeding with the improvement of nutritional status in stunting children. Subjects and Method: This research was conducted using cross sectional with a total sample of 45 subjects. The dependent variable is the improvement of stunting nutritional status. The independent variables were the mother's education level, occupation and exclusive breastfeeding status. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple logistic regression test. Results: Low education affects the improvement of nutritional status in children (aOR= 1.68; 95% CI= 0.53 to 5.31; p= 0.660), Employment as a protective factor on nutritional status in stunted children (aOR= 0.64; 95% CI= 0.16 to 2.87; p = 0.450) Conclusion: Mother's education affects the improvement of nutritional status in stunted children.

Abstract

Background: The increase in tobacco excise rates (CHT) or cigarette excise in early 2020 is a reason for smokers to switch to using e-cigarettes. WHO reports that about 64.9% of adult men in Indonesia are smokers, while in women it is 2.1%. This shows that Indonesia is ranked first in the world. Exposure to e-cigarettes and conventional cigarettes will affect pregnancy and the fetus it contains. However, in reality, most people have the perception that e-cigarettes are safer than conventional cigarettes because their nicotine content is much lower than conventional cigarettes. The purpose of this study was to analyze differences in exposure to e-cigarettes and conventional cigarettes on fetal weight in mice (mus musculus).Subjects and Method: This study used a true experimental design which was divided into two groups, namely 16 female mice as a group given exposure to e-cigarettes and 16 female mice as a group being exposed to conventional cigarettes. The dependent variable is the weight of the fetus. The independent variables were exposure to e-cigarettes and conventional cigarettes. The instrument in this study used a digital gold scale with an accuracy of 0.01 gram. Data were analyzed using the Mann Whitney test.Results: On average, exposure to e-cigarettes had a greater fetal weight (Mean= 1.61; SD= 0.64) than exposure to conventional cigarettes (Mean= 1.48; SD= 1.19), and this result was statistically significant (p < 0.001).Conclusion: There are differences in exposure to e-cigarettes and conventional cigarettes on fetal weight in mice (Mus musculus).

Abstract

Motivasi belajar siswa dapat dikaitkan dengan kemampuan informasi pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Fokus penelitian ini pada tiga hal, yaitu (1) hasil motivasi belajar siswa dalam berliterasi; (2) AKM (Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum) literasi; (3) korelasi antara motivasi belajar dengan AKM literasi siswa di SD Negeri Kebonsari Kulon 6 Kota Probolinggo. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis statistika deskriptif digunakan sebagai metode penelitian siswa kelas V yang mengikuti uji AKM oleh program Kampus Mengajar Angkatan 3. Angket dan tes dimanfaatkan guna teknik pengumpulan data. Dalam menganalisis hasil dikuatkan dengan teori motivasi belajar oleh Duncan dan Mckeachie yang memiliki enam aspek dalam mengukur motivasi belajar meliputi kecemasan, kepercayaan diri, kontrol kepercayaan, nilai tugas, tujuan orientasi ekstrinsik, serta tujuan orientasi intrinsik. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa motivasi belajar dan AKM literasi siswa sangat tinggi akan tetapi nilai korelasi antara keduanya masih sangat lemah. Hal tersebut dapat ditinjau dari beberapa faktor yakni meliputi pemahaman siswa dalam soal AKM Literasi dan penyusunan strategi pembelajaran yang memiliki kualitas tinggi serta efektif.

Abstract

Generation gap obstruct generation Z teenager in the training process to become a servant of Christ servant. Mentoring proposed to overcome generation gap problem in generation Z. However, the existing mentoring system does not yet have biblical competency standards that suitable with the context of generation Z teenager. This research aims to make biblical competency standards in mentoring process in order to prepare generation Z teenager be a servant of Christ. The researcher hopes that generation Z can be well prepared so that Christian ministri can last forever. This resereach use Grounded Theory metode. This research use literature study and survey to collect data. The survey was carried out using a google form questionnaire that was distributed to 102 teenagers aged 12-21 years that scattered in various cities on the island of Java. This study resulted in 11 competency standards in mentoring. Generation Z teenager must meet these 11 competency standards to graduate from mentoring and become a servant of Christ. Jurang generasi menghambat proses kaderisasi remaja generasi Z. Mentoring diusulkan untuk mengatasi jurang generasi pada generasi Z. Namun sistem metoring yang ada belum memiliki standar kompetensi alkitabiah yang sesuai dengan konteks remaja generasi Z. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat standar kompetensi alkitabiah pada proses mentoring dalam rangka kaderisasi pelayan Kristus konteks remaja generasi Z. Harapan peneliti yaitu generasi Z dapat dipersiapkan dan dikader dengan baik sehingga pelayan Kristen dapat terus berlangsung. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode Grounded Theory. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dengan metode studi pustaka tentang tema yang terkait. Penelitian ini juga mengumpulkan data melalui survei singkat. Survei dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket google formulir yang disebarkan kepada 102 remaja berusia 12-21 tahun yang tersebar diberbagai kota dipulau Jawa. Penelitian ini menghasilkan 11 standar kompetensi dalam mentoring. Remaja generasi Z harus memenuhi 11 standar kompetensi ini untuk lulus dari mentoring dan menjadi seorang pelayan Kristus.

Abstract

Background: The research was conducted by a teacher with the aim of improving the quality of learning for pupils. This was done in response to the low average learning outcomes of students of grade III at SDIT Al Madinah district of Maros, where only about 33% of the 24 pupils achieved grades in PKn subjects. Subject and Methods: Classroom Action Research (CAR) is conducted at SDIT Al Madinah in Maros district using class III C as a research subject, consisting of 24 pupils. The research consists of three cycles and each cycle has four stages: 1) Planning, 2) Implementation, 3) Observation, and 4) Reflection. Results: From data analysis, both qualitative and quantitative descriptive, it was revealed that before the application of the Team Games Tournament (TGT) method, the average student learning score was 67,09. However, after the implementation of the TGT method, there was a significant improvement so that the average learning score reached 71,67. In the first cycle, as many as 19 pupils have achieved the learning level, while the other 5 pupils have not reached it. In the second cycle the average learning performance of pupils has increased to 79.58 and the total of 24 students have reached the score of competence, achieving 100% success. Conclusion: Using the learning method Team Games Tournament (TGT) has improved pupils' learning results in PKn subjects in the third grade of SDIT Al Madinah district of Maros.
