Abstract

Latar Belakang : Sebagian besar pengidap hipertensi berasal di Negara maju. Kebanyakan yang mengidap hipertensi yaitu pria dengan perbandingan 26,6% sedangkan wanita 26,1%. Tujuan Penelitian : Mengetahui Hubungan Perilaku Gaya Hidup Dengan Hipertensi Ibu Hamil Di RSU Kota Tangerang Selatan. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel ada 64 ibu hamil dengan teknik accidental sampling. Hasil Penelitian : kategori perilaku gaya hidup kurang baik berjumlah 38 ibu hamil (59,4%) dan kategori perilaku gaya hidup baik berjumlah 26 ibu hamil (40,6%). Hubungan perilaku gaya hidup yang mempengaruhi hipertensi ibu hamil berdasarkan adanya data tekanan darah normal yaitu sebanyak 42 ibu hamil (65,6%) dan tekanan darah tinggi sebanyak 22 ibu hamil (34,4%). Hasil uji stastitik dengan menggunakan uji korelasi spearman rank  diperoleh Ha = diterima dan adanya hubungan antara perilaku gaya hidup dengan hipertensi ibu hamil di RSU Kota Tangerang Selatan dengan nilai p = 0,000. Kesimpulan dan Saran : Hubungan perilaku gaya hidup dengan hipertensi ibu hamil di RSU Kota Tangerang Selatan yang disebabkan oleh perilaku hidup sehat yang kurang, jarang berolahraga serta sering mengkonsumsi makanan siap saji. Diharapkan untuk pihak Rumah Sakit untuk mengadakan program kelas sehat setiap bulannya.

Abstract

The result of Program Accountability Performance Survey (SKAP) year 2019 showed that the data of unmet need of Family Planning comprised 13.9%. It was higher than the result of national SKAP year 2019 which was 12.1% and did not achieve the target of the Strategic Plan 2015-2019 which was 9.91%. The study aimed to investigate the factors affecting the unmet need of Family Planning in Banten Province year 2019. The research method used was quantitative approach with Cross-Sectional research design. The population consisted of all women of childbearing age who did not apply Family Planning listed in SKAP of National Department of Demography and Family Planning (BKKBN) of Banten Province year 2019. The number of samples was 343 respondents. The sampling technique used was total population. The data collection was done using secondary data obtained from the data in SKAP of BKKBN of Banten Province year 2019. The data analysis implemented was univariate, bivariate using chi square, and multivariate using Multiple Logistic Regression Test. The unmet need of Family Planning on the women of childbearing age was 14.0%. Most age of the respondents that was ≥ mean 37.78 years old was found in 182 (53.1%) respondents, married status in 341 (99.1%) respondents, middle family income in 185 (53.9%) respondents, rural residential area in 197 (57.4%) respondents, high-level knowledge ≥ mean 7.10 in 196 (57.1%) respondents. The result of bivariate analysis showed that age had effect on unmet need of Family Planning (p value = 0.000). The variable of marital status, family income, residential area, and knowledge had no effect on unmet need of Family Planning. The dominant factor affecting unmet need of Family Planning was age (p value = 0.000; OR = 6.397).

Abstract

The world’s prevalences shows the number of anemia occurrences in young women 53,7%.. The Prevalence of Indonesian anemia on young women as much as 71,3%. Knowing the level of young women’s knowledge about anemia at SMA Babus Salam Kota Tangerang City Year 2020. Descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Samples of this research of young women in SMA Babus Salam Kota Tangerang City, the techniques of sampling by using proposionate stratified random sampling with a total of 63 respondents. Factors affecting the young women’s knowledge of anemia are  lack of information about health or wellness facilities affect one’s behaviour towards health The most knowledge level of respondents is a knowledge level based 30 respondents (47,6%), Knowledge levels based on the most information are less knowledge gained from health of 14 respondents (56,0%). Most respondents have a less level of knowledge about anemia,the highest level of knowledge based on information obtained from health care personnel.

Abstract

The proportion of the risk of KEK to the WHO expectant mother of 15-47%, Indonesia aged 15-19 years by 33.5%, 20-24 years of 23.3%, pregnant women aged 25-29 years for 16.7%, pregnant women after 30-34 years of 12.3%, pregnant women aged 35-39 years for 8.5%, pregnant women aged 40-44 years at 6.5%, at the age of 45-49 occurred an increase of 11.1 To analyse the level of knowledge and family income to less chronic energy KEK in pregnant women. Review this literature using the literature method of review. Out of 10 journals acquired some level of family income knowledge to KEK in pregnant women.

Hasil uji stastitik dengan menggunakan uji korelasi spearman rank diperoleh Ha = diterima dan adanya hubungan antara perilaku gaya hidup dengan hipertensi ibu hamil di RSU Kota Tangerang Selatan dengan nilai p = 0,000. Kesimpulan dan Saran : Hubungan perilaku gaya hidup dengan hipertensi ibu hamil di RSU Kota Tangerang Selatan yang disebabkan oleh perilaku hidup sehat yang kurang, jarang berolahraga serta sering mengkonsumsi makanan siap saji. Diharapkan untuk pihak Rumah Sakit untuk mengadakan program kelas sehat setiap bulannya.

Abstract

Pregnancy is a physiological thing that in the process will undergo adaptation changes both physiologically and psychologically. Changes in physiological adaptation will affect psychologic adaptation starting from the first trimester to the third trimester. This study aims to find out the effect of warm water compresses on back pain intensity in pregnant women in the third trimester in the independent practice of Midwife Siti Hapsah, S.Tr.Keb in 2024. The design of this study is by using the Quasy Experimental research method with a design used by one group of pre-test post-test with 53 respondents and data collection using observation sheets and then analyzed using non-parametric tests of the Wilcoxon test. The results of the study found that the most respondents were aged 20-35 years as many as 37 people (69.85), the most respondents' education was elementary school 17 people (32.15), respondents who did not work were 30 people (56.6%) and multipara 40 people (11.3%). The results of the analysis obtained a significance value of 0.000 which was smaller than the significance result of 5% (p-value = 0.000 <0.05) so the conclusion is that Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an effect of warm water compresses on the intensity of reducing back pain in pregnant women in the third trimester.
