Abstract

Dalam era digital yang semakin maju, banyak lembaga keuangan dan layanan perbankan yang telah beralih ke model pembukaan rekening secara digital, di mana nasabah dapat membuka rekening tanpa harus memiliki buku rekening fisik. Namun, perkembangan ini juga menimbulkan beberapa risiko yang perlu dianalisis dari perspektif hukum. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan mengacu pada peraturan perundangundangan, putusan pengadilan, dan literatur hukum terkait. Analisis yuridis akan digunakan untuk memahami tanggung jawab hukum yang terkait dengan risiko kehilangan telepon pintar dalam program pembukaan rekening digital. Hasil dari analisis ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang risiko yang terkait dengan program pembukaan rekening digital tanpa buku rekening fisik terhadap kehilangan telepon pintar. Selain itu, makalah ini juga akan memberikan rekomendasi terkait langkah-langkah yang dapat diambil oleh lembaga keuangan, penyedia layanan perbankan, dan nasabah untuk mengurangi risiko tersebut.

Abstract

One of the biggest obstacles in rural farming is changes in weather. The impact of severe weather changes can include increasing temperatures, unpredictable rainfall, long dry seasons, and natural disasters that occur more frequently. This impact can be significant on agricultural productivity and prosperous farmers in rural areas. Therefore, there is a need for adaptation and mitigation efforts to overcome the impacts of weather changes. Adaptation can be achieved by improving farmers' skills in managing natural resources, using technology that is more environmentally friendly, and improving agricultural practices that are more sustainable for the future. Apart from that, mitigation can be done by implementing effective processing practices for agricultural waste.

Abstract

This study aims to identify law enforcement for motorists who smoke and obstacles faced by the Police as well as obstacles in prosecuting motorists who smoke while driving in Surakarta. The increasing number of motor vehicles in Indonesia, especially in Surakarta, contributes to the ease of daily activities, but also increases traffic violations, including smoking while driving. One of the habits that is still widely found among motorcyclists is the behavior of smoking while driving, even though the potential danger is very large. This behavior not only endangers the rider himself, but also others around. Based on Lawrence M. Friedman's theory, the three elements of the legal system, legal structure, legal substance and legal culture, still face major challenges in their implementation. The method used in this study is an empirical juridical approach that focuses on examining community behavior. The results of the research are expected to contribute to improving law enforcement and traffic safety. Law enforcement against motorists who smoke while driving in the city of Surakarta, focusing on the role of the Police in tackling traffic violations related to smoking habits.
