<![CDATA[Training evaluation plays a crucial role in assessing the quality of learning, particularly in competency-based programs that emphasize the connection between learning processes and workforce needs. This study aims to evaluate the learning process in the Basic Electrical Installation Training at BBPVP Serang, focusing on the reaction level of Kirkpatrick’s model. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving 8 participants and 2 instructors selected via purposive sampling. Data analysis followed the stages of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that participants generally responded positively to the training implementation. In terms of learning components, participants considered the training materials relevant to workplace demands, the schedule well organized, practice based methods effective for comprehension, and learning media supportive in delivering content clearly and interactively. Regarding training facilities, the infrastructure was deemed adequate to ensure comfort and smooth training activities. Nevertheless, several challenges were identified, such as limited training duration and the need to share practice tools among participants. Overall, evaluation at the reaction level demonstrates that the Basic Electrical Installation Training at BBPVP Serang provided a positive learning experience for participants, while highlighting areas for improvement to optimize future training programs.]]>
