This study was motivated by the low mathematics learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at SDN 26 Air Tawar Timur. The purpose of this study was to improve students’ learning outcomes on the topic of cube and rectangular prism nets through the implementation of the Discovery Learning model assisted by GeoGebra. This study employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research was conducted in two cycles, where Cycle I consisted of two meetings and Cycle II consisted of one meeting. Each cycle included the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects consisted of a teacher and 27 fifth-grade students, including 17 male students and 10 female students. The research instruments used were observation sheets, tests, and non-test instruments. The results showed improvements in lesson plan implementation, teacher activities, student activities, and student learning outcomes. The lesson plan assessment in Cycle I obtained an average score of 87.49% and increased to 96.42% in Cycle II. Teacher activities increased from an average of 89.06% in Cycle I to 96.87% in Cycle II. Student activities also improved from an average of 84.37% in Cycle I to 96.87% in Cycle II. In addition, students’ learning outcomes increased from an average score of 69.3 in Cycle I Meeting 1 to 84.59 in Cycle I Meeting 2, and further increased to 93.11 in Cycle II.Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Discovery Learning model assisted by GeoGebra on the topic of cube and rectangular prism nets was able to improve the learning outcomes of V grade students at SDN 26 Air Tawar Timur.
