Abstract

A This research is motivated by the limited number of studies on the implementation of P5RA in stimulating early childhood creativity, despite its significant impact on the development of potential, character, and 21st-century skills in children. The purpose of this study is to explore and describe the implementation of the project in enhancing early childhood creativity at RA Ma'arif. The method employed was a qualitative case study design combined with an ex post facto approach. Research subjects included children, teachers, and the principal, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis technique. The results indicate that the project  was implemented in a structured, sustainable, and integrative manner within thematic learning that combines Islamic values and Pancasila character, thereby providing broad opportunities for children's exploration. This approach positively impacted children's creativity, as demonstrated by diverse and original works, increased confidence in expressing ideas, and the ability to solve simple problems. These findings align with the research objectives and support constructivist learning theory, which emphasizes the importance of direct experience in developing creativity. The main conclusion of this study is that the implementation of P5RA effectively fosters creativity and character development in early childhood holistically. The implications of this study include theoretical contributions, such as enriching the literature on project-based education in early childhood, and practical  recommendations for teachers and educational institutions to develop creative, innovative, and values-based learning. Furthermore, this research  opens  opportunities for further studies related to measuring the quantity of children's creativity and developing more adaptive project-based learning models. ini memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap pengembangan potensi, karakter, dan keterampilan abad 21 pada anak.

Abstract

The  Character education in early childhood requires an approach that is not only conceptual but also grounded in authentic and meaningful direct experience. This study aims to describe the implementation of a love-based curriculum through the Rice Infaq Program at TK Krayan Long Ikis, and to analyze its role in developing empathy and social care values in early childhood. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach with children aged 4–6 years, teachers, and the school principal as subjects. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and activity documentation, then analyzed interactively through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, with source and technique triangulation to ensure data validity. The findings reveal that the “1 Day 1 Liter of Rice Movement” and “Blessed Friday” programs effectively develop children’s empathy and social care through three key mechanisms: direct interaction with beneficiaries, consistent and repeated prosocial habituation, and integration of Islamic philanthropic values into daily life. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of a love-based curriculum with structured philanthropic practices involving synergy among school, family, and community, thereby forming stable, authentic, and sustainable character dispositions in early childhood.
