Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Police Goes to School Program in increasing students' traffic law awareness at SMAN 1 Lembang. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques included interviews, observation, and documentation. The research informants included police officers, the vice principal for student affairs, teachers, and students. The results indicate that the Police Goes to School Program was implemented through planning, implementation, and evaluation stages, involving collaboration between the school and the police. This program had a positive impact on increasing students' legal awareness, as demonstrated by increased knowledge of traffic regulations, improved discipline and responsibility, and changes in students' behavior in complying with traffic safety regulations. However, several obstacles remain, influenced by family and community environments, and a less than fully supportive legal culture. Therefore, sustainable program implementation is necessary to ensure optimal development of students' legal awareness.
