Abstract

Perubahan pesat dalam kehidupan sosial merupakan salah satu perbincangan paling signifikan tentang hukum dan moral siswa. Masalah iklim masyarakat moralitas remaja selama dekade terakhir masih belum pernah terjadi sebelumnya. Dimana pendidikan memegang peranan yang sangat berarti dalam pembuatan akhlak di golongan peserta didik, apalagi jadi tumpuan budaya warga. Dalam menjawab perihal tersebut pemerintah Aceh tidak hanya menyelenggarakan pendidikan yang sesuai dengan yang diamanatkan secara nasional, pemerintah Aceh pula melakukan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kekhususan yang diberikan oleh pemerintah pusat kepada pemerintah Aceh. Penyelenggaraan pembelajaran Islami di Provinsi Aceh mengacu pada Qanun No 9 Tahun 2015 pergantian atas Qanun Aceh No 11 Tahun 2014 tentang Penyelenggaraan Pembelajaran. Penyelenggaraan pendidikan di seluruh satuan pendidikan berpedoman pada ajaran Islam. Pelaksanaan pendidikan di Sekolah di Aceh secara keseluruhan sudah Islami, dengan indikator sistem pengelolaan sekolah memiliki nilai transparansi, akuntabilitas, pendekatan keteladanan, pengembangan budaya berorientasi islami dan penerapan kurikulum islami sebagaimana diatur dalam qanun. Pendidikan nilai dan moral di satuan pendidikan di Aceh diselenggarakan selain sesuai dengan pendidikan nasional, juga mengacu pada penerapan melalui kurikulum islami yang berpedoman sesuai dengan qanun pendidikan di Aceh. Proses pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan di Aceh berbasis dan berorientasi kepada budaya islami yang berbasis syariat islam di Aceh.

Abstract

The multicultural attitude of Surabaya youth plays an essential role in realizing inclusive and sustainable global citizenship. In an era of increasingly connected globalization, Surabaya youth are faced with complex and interrelated challenges that require understanding, tolerance, and respect for cultural diversity. Factors such as education, personal experience, social environment, and the media have a crucial role in shaping the multicultural attitudes of Surabaya youth. The multicultural attitude of Surabaya youth contributes to realizing global citizenship through participation in cross-cultural activities, understanding global issues, and efforts to build harmonious relations between nations. Surabaya youth broaden their understanding of cultural diversity by engaging in cross-cultural activities and promoting positive intercultural dialogue. Understanding global issues enables them to play an active role in solving global challenges and fighting for sustainable solutions. Through harmonious international relations, the youth of Surabaya have a positive impact on building a more just, inclusive, and equitable world

Abstract

A nation with strong character can become a nation with dignity and respect by other nations in the world. There is a discipline which is a very important character to be applied in the previous educational environment and in tertiary institutions besides the responsibility discipline character education which is very important to be applied in the everyday environment. Seeing the current condition of students, students have experienced a decline in terms of applying the character of discipline and character of responsibility in carrying out lecture assignments. This study aims to analyze the character of discipline and responsibility through character education, describing the views of lecturers in shaping the character of discipline and responsibility in tertiary institutions. The research method used is qualitative research where the data collection technique is to review literature books, journal entries that have something to do with the problem being discussed. The results of the study can be concluded that in the implementation of discipline and responsibility character education for students there are internal and external factors that affect the decline in discipline and loss of student responsibility. One way to remove these obstacles is through habituation which can change the character of student discipline and responsibility. Character education in tertiary institutions is needed to form and develop students to become individuals with character and strengthen the character acquired by students at the previous level.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki keterkaitan antara Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PKn) dalam mengembangkan keadaban Warga Negara Indonesia di tengah era digitalisasi. Dengan memanfaatkan metode penelitian kualitatif dan tinjauan literatur, studi ini menyoroti aspek-aspek PKn, kewarganegaraan digital, dan unsur-unsur digital citizenship. Proses pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan cara mengevaluasi secara mendalam terhadap teori PKn, kewarganegaraan digital, dan unsur-unsur digital citizenship. Metode analisis data yang diterapkan yaitu reduksi, penyajian, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PKn memegang peran penting dalam membentuk kepribadian warga negara yang dapat beradaptasi di era digital. Konsep kewarganegaraan global dan unsur-unsur digital citizenship memberikan dasar yang komprehensif untuk merancang kurikulum PKn yang responsif terhadap tuntutan zaman.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pembentukan karakter warga negara muda melalui Kampong Dolanan Nusantara Borobudur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kampong Dolanan Nusantara Borobudur Magelang Jawa Tengah dari Mei 2021 sampai April 2022. Subjek penelitian ditentukan dengan cara purposive, yakni pengelola, budayawan, seniman, pemerhati wisata Borobdur terkait dengan pembentukan karakter warga negara muda. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan pembentukan karakter warga negara muda melalui Kampong Dolanan Nusantara sebagai berikut (1) permainan tradisional egrang, bakiak, gasing dan gobak sodor serta dakon membentuk karakter yang mempunyai nilai kerjasama, kepedulian, kerja keras, gotong royong dan toleransi (2) belajar kesenian dari gamelan, tarian dan lagu jawa melalui harmonisasi bersatu melalui seni membentuk warga negara yang mempunyai nilai karakter peduli, kerjasama, gotong royong dan nasionalisme

Abstract

Transportation is central to sustainable development, so transportation is included in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) topic. One of the efforts to advance transportation is through law enforcement. As a state of law, Indonesia established Law No. 22/2009 on Road Traffic and Transportation to organize a safe, orderly, and smooth land transportation system. But in reality, many traffic violations still occur in Indonesia, including the Sukabumi City area, where most violators are teenagers. Thus, it is necessary to study the implementation of Law No. 22/2009 on Traffic and Transportation in preventing juvenile traffic violations. This study aims to determine the conditions, situations, and causes of juvenile traffic violations and analyze the application of social deterrence in preventing juvenile traffic violations in Sukabumi City. This research uses a qualitative approach with a normative juridical method. The conditions and situation of youth traffic violations in Sukabumi City are still quite high and the forms of traffic violations that are often violated are not having a driver's license and not wearing a helmet. The occurrence of teenage traffic violations is caused by a lack of awareness of traffic laws, showing identity, laziness, transportation costs, and lack of parental supervision. The application of social deterrence has been well implemented by Satlantas Polres Sukabumi Kota and SMA Negeri 1 Kota Sukabumi. However, the sanctions given are not firm enough, so there is a potential for violators to commit violations again.

Abstract

At present, social media has become a place for people around the world to interact with each other. It is also applied to K-Pop fans (K-Popers), in which they use social media to interact with their idols or their fellow fandoms (a group of fans). However, it is common when two or more people from different fandoms have an argument because of different opinions or known as fanwar. In this research, the main subject is Indonesia K-Popers students in college who do fanwars on Twitter. The purpose is to find out the reasons why college students are involved in fanwar and its effects, one of them is social disintegration. This research used a qualitative approach with case study method. The results showed that, the positive effects of fanwar are increasing their thinking skills to become more critical and increasing their debate skills. Meanwhile, for negative effects, fanwar can cause problems in friendship, especially with different fandoms, that is s why a friendship in K-Popers becomes compartmentalized. Thirdly, social disintegration between K-Popers on Twitter appears on fans with different fandoms, that is because they support different idols and consider them as the best of the best. However, if there is an external factor that attacks them, they will reunite and attack it together.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of general education and character policies in universities and the urgency of establishing general education and character study programs for universities. This study uses a qualitative approach with literature study techniques. The implementation of general education and character policies in higher education can be carried out by the technical implementation unit of compulsory curriculum courses and carried out in the form of study programs that specifically overshadow general education and character. The urgency of establishing a general education and character study program for universities is related to strengthening the superior character of students as well as strengthening institutional identity, especially for educational institutions of education personnel that have the status of state universities as legal entities.

Abstract

The juridical civic critical learning model is a combination of several other learning models such as the direct discussion learning model, the debate learning model and the jurisprudential inquiry learning model. The purpose of carrying out this research is to examine the level of knowledge, understanding, attitudes and behavior of students towards a criminal law incident and to increase it to a higher level. The juridical civic critical learning model trains students to be sensitive to social problems, take positions, towards these problems, and maintain these attitudes with relevant and valid arguments. Juridical civic critical learning model will later become a stimulus for students to increase critical thinking about social phenomena related to criminal law.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Beragam potensi yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik menimbulkan adanya kebutuhan untuk memenuhi minat serta bakat dalam memproses pengetahuan secara optimal. Kemajuan zaman yang didukung dengan era revolusi industri 4.0 menciptakan masifnya penggunaan media digital termasuk kepada kegiatan pembelajaran. Hal ini memberikan urgensi dalam memberikan kompetensi kepada peserta didik untuk menguasai literasi digital. Maka dari itu dalam kurikulum merdeka belajar   menciptakan salah satu terobosan melalui pembelajaran yang interaktif dan tepat sasaran terhadap potensi peserta didik yaitu diperoleh dengan penerapan strategi pembelajaran diferensiasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah strategi pembelajaran diferensiasi pada mata pelajaran pendidikan pancasila sebagai rancangan pembelajaran yang menyesuaikan karakteristik masing-masing peserta didik dengan berlandaskan kepada nilai-nilai pancasila. Pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kasus dilaksanakan terhadap SMP Negeri 2 Bandung sebagai sekolah penggerak Angkatan pertama dengan berbasis digital. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa peran strategi pembelajaran diferensiasi yang digunakan guru dalam mata pelajaran pendidikan membangun semangat peserta didik untuk berperan aktif dan inovatif pada kegiatan pembelajaran. Penggunaan perangkat ajar berbasis digital pada setiap proses pendidikan menumbuhkan kompetensi peserta didik dalam menguasai literasi digital sehingga tingkat prestasi akademik maupun non-akademik pada peserta didik memperoleh hasil yang memuaskan dan sangat baik Kata kunci: diferensiasi, literasi digital, pendidikan pancasila
