This study aimed to analyze the feasibility condition of educational facilities and infrastructure, their utilization, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in the management of facilities and infrastructure at SMK Negeri 6 Makassar and SMK Negeri 8 Makassar. The study employed a qualitative approach using a descriptive multi-case study design. Research informants consisted of principals, vice principals for facilities and infrastructure, heads of study programs, laboratory heads, and vocational teachers. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings revealed that both schools have made considerable efforts to meet the standards of vocational education facilities and infrastructure in accordance with the needs of business and industry sectors. In terms of technical feasibility, SMK Negeri 6 Makassar possesses highly feasible practical learning facilities in the Accounting, Visual Communication Design, and Culinary programs, although it still faces limitations in supporting infrastructure and the ratio of practical equipment to students. SMK Negeri 8 Makassar has demonstrated significant improvements through facility modernization and the implementation of the TAKOLA digital planning system; however, limitations in the quantity of equipment remain in several vocational programs. Regarding functional feasibility, both schools have optimized the utilization of facilities through block scheduling systems and well-structured practical learning schedules. In terms of regulatory feasibility, both schools have implemented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) principles in managing their facilities and infrastructure. Supporting factors include strong synergy between school management and teaching staff, leadership commitment, and partnerships with external stakeholders. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors consist of budget constraints, procurement bureaucracy, and equipment damage caused by human error. The study concludes that managerial creativity plays a crucial role in optimizing the utilization of facilities and infrastructure. Nevertheless, continuous development and renewal of facilities remain necessary to enhance the quality of vocational education and produce competitive graduates.
