Anemia is a condition where the hemoglobin level in the blood is below normal. Anemia is directly caused by daily food intake that contains less iron and folic acid. Data from the Basic Health Research conducted in 2013 showed that the proportion of pregnant women who were anemic in Indonesia reached 37.1%, in Central Sulawesi anemia in pregnant women reached 24.42%, then for the Palu city it was found in the Tawaeli Health Center reaching 58, 7%. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between food consumption and folic acid with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in the Tawaeli Health Center Area. This type of research is analytic observational using cross sectional. Sampling is done by visiting the respondent's place directly or door to door with 40 people. Data collection was done directly, using a food frequency questionnaire (FFQ) and to find out anemia in pregnant women using Hb meter (Diaspect). The results showed that the percentage of anemia anemia was higher in pregnant women who rarely discussed iron food (56.7%) with the results of statistical tests showing p value = 0.02 (p <0.05) and folic acid (52.6%) with the results of statistical tests showing a p value of 0.04 (p <0.05). The results showed an association between iron food and folic acid with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women.

Kesempatan dan peluang yang ada dalam kegiatan dunia usaha begitu banyak, telah menuntut perlu adanya penilaian sejauh mana kegiatan/kesempatan tersebut dapat memberikan manfaat (benefit) bila suatu usaha dijalankan atau dikembangkan. Pengambilan keputusan investasi untuk mengembangkan suatu usaha lama maupun mendirikan usaha baru membutuhkan dasar analisis kelayakan untuk mendapatkan hasil (output) yang maksimal dan mengurangi resiko kegagalan yang mungkin terjadi. Untuk mengetahui apakah uang investasi yang dipakai dalam pengembangan usaha perdagangan beras pada U.D Rezqi Ilahi di Kab. Bone ini. Dapat mengembalikannya dalam jangka waktu yang telah ditentukan. Maka dilakukan analisis kelayakan pengembangan perdagangan usaha beras pada U.D Rezqi Ilahi Di Kab. Bone agar resiko dan dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan seminal mungkin. Setelah data terkumpul dari lapangan maupun hasil pustaka, maka dilakukan analisa data secara kuantitatif melalui pendekatan deskriptif analisis dengan pola pikir menggunakan logika induktif, yakni data yang telah diperoleh digambarkan dan diuraikan sehingga menunjukan suatu proses berfikir yang selalu mencari hubungan-hubungan dari sesuatu yang diminati, dengan diiringi uraian-uraian yang jelas dan menyeluruh tentang aspek manajemen, organisasi, pemasaran, dan ekonomi, dengan diakhiri kesimpulan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang pelaksanaan sistem bagi hasil sahi (buruh nelayan) pa’bagang dan tinjauannya terhadap ekonomi syariah di Tempat Pelelangan Ikan (TPI) Lappa di Kecamatan Sinjai Utara. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif dan menggunakan pendekatan naturalistik yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah berdasarkan persepsi dan pemikiran orang secara individual, yang melibatkan juragan kapal bagang, sahi (buruh nelayan), serta tokoh agama sebagai subjek. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi kemudian data yang terkumpul berupa kata-kata dianalisis dengan tehnik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) besarnya pendapatan pemilik atau juragan kapal bagang dan buruh nelayan di TPI Lappa Kecamatan Sinjai utara berdasarkan hasil tangkapan ikan yang dijual dan pendapatan bersih dibagi hasil berdasarkan perjanjian sebelumnya dimana untuk pemilik atau juragan kapal bagang mendapatkan 50% dan sahi (buruh nelayan) mendapatkan 50%, bagian yang didapatkan oleh sahi (buruh nelayan) dibagi lagi berdasarkan jumlah sahi (buruh nelayan) yang bekerja. Pola bagi hasil yang berlaku di TPI Lappa Kecamatan Sinjai Utara berdasarkan sistem kekeluargaan yang tidak tertulis yang sudah menjadi tradisi atau adat istiadat masyarakat setempat. (2) Pelaksanaan sistem bagi hasil yang dilakukan oleh sahi (buruh nelayan) pa’bagang di TPI Lappa jika ditinjau dari syariah, itu sudah sesuai dengan aturan yang ada dan diperbolehkan dalam Islam karena pembagiannya merata dan adil tidak ada pihak yang dirugikan baik pemilik atau juragan kapal maupun buruh nelayan.

Abstract— Rika Rent Car Car Rental offers car rental services. During this time car rental booking transactions carried out by consumers in the rental in question via telephone or come directly to the rental. Problems also arise in car rental reservations using the telephone will require a long time to obtain information about the car that has not been rented. In addition, problems arise in the process of recording car rental reservations which take a lot of time because it is still inputted through the desktop application. And ordering by telephone does not satisfy consumers because they can not see pictures of cars to be rented. To overcome this obstacle, a web-based car rental information system application was built at Rika Rent Car Car Rental, with modeling software used as a structured method. This system is web based, with application data security and networking guaranteed. Based on the results of the research and after alpha and beta testing of the web-based car rental information system application at Rika Rent Car Rental, it is expected that with the web-based car rental information system at Rika Rent Car Rental, promotions, car rentals can be done accurately and quickly so as to produce information that can help companies and consumers. Intisari— Rental Mobil Rika Rent Car menyediakan pelayanan berupa sewa mobil. Selama ini transaksi pemesanan sewa mobil dilakukan oleh konsumen di rental yang besangkutan via telepon atau datang secara langsung ke rental tersebut. Permasalahan juga muncul pada pemesanan sewa mobil dengan menggunakan telepon akan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai mobil yang belum disewa. Selain itu permasalahan muncul pada proses pencatatan pemesanan sewa mobil yang memakan banyak waktu karena masih di inputkan melalui aplikasi dekstop. Serta pemesanan melalui telepon tidak memuaskan konsumen karena tidak bisa melihat gambar mobil yang akan disewa. Untuk menanggulangi kendala tersebut maka dibangun sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi persewaan mobil berbasis web di Rental Mobil Rika Rent Car, dengan pemodelan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah metode terstruktur. Sistem ini berbasis web, dengan keamanan data aplikasi dan networking yang terjamin. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan setelah dilakukannya pengujian alpha dan betha terhadap aplikasi sistem informasi persewaan mobil berbasis web di Rental Mobil Rika Rent Car, Diharapkan dengan adanya sistem informasi persewaan mobil berbasis web di Rental Mobil Rika Rent maka promosi, persewaan mobil dapat dilakukan secara akurat dan cepat sehingga menghasilkan informasi yang dapat membantu perusahaan dan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi saudagar bugis dalam melakukakan usaha penggilingan dan perdagangan beras. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus di Kabupaten Pinrang dan Kabupaten Sidrap Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dengan jumlah informan kunci 1 orang, informan utama 12 orang dan informan pendukung 6 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi langsung dan wawancara kepada saudagar dan pihak terkait dengan usaha penggilingan dan perdagangan beras. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah manajemen strategi saudagar bugis dalam mengembangkan usahanya dikenal dengan strategi stabilitas, strategi ekspansi, strategi diversifikasi, strategi penciutan dan kombinasi. Dari kelima strategi tersebut pada umumnya digunakan, namun khusus strategi diversifikasi tidak secara keseluruhan indikatornya dapat dilaksanakan secara maksimal.

Every organization needs to manage human resources well because the key to success is the superiority of tools and technology. In addition, the human factor is a significant resource. Work discipline is a management activity to carry out organizational standards. Employees must know their work discipline because each individual better understands their work. The approach used in this study is qualitative. The type of research used by the researcher is a qualitative descriptive type which studies the existing problems and the applicable working procedures. Qualitative descriptive research aims to obtain information about the existing situation. Data collection techniques are a method that is independent of the analysis method and or even becomes the primary tool of data analysis methods and techniques. There are three stages of activity in analyzing qualitative data: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Employee performance is the results employees achieve in specific functions and tasks to meet job requirements. Parts of a process or activity that are done by employees affect how well they do their jobs. The result is the level at which the employee finishes the work based on the conditions that were given. Many factors can affect the performance of individual employees, namely their abilities, motivation, support received, the work they do, and their relationship with the organization. Employee performance is the result of the synergy of several factors.

The services in question are health services that are fast, precise, cheap, and friendly. With the increasing safety of hospital patients, public trust in hospital services is also hoped to increase. Patient safety is a top priority to be implemented related to the issue of quality and hospital image. This kind of research is known as descriptive qualitative research, and rather than being reported in the form of statistics, the findings are described verbally and shown visually. A technique of study known as qualitative research gathers descriptive data from persons in the form of written or spoken words and data collected by watching their behavior. Understanding different data-collection tactics enable researchers to get data, assuming that the strategy displays an abstract. It is not feasible to physically materialize it into objects that can be seen, yet, it is possible to demonstrate it via their application. The results show that implementing quality services is very important in this era of competition. The higher the service quality, the more satisfied service recipients will be. Service quality in this era is an essential factor and is one of the keys to competitive advantage in marketing. Service quality can be used to measure customer satisfaction with the company. Improving the quality of health services, service quality, and patient satisfaction are indicators of service delivery success in hospitals.

Work performance is the work achieved by a person in carrying out the tasks assigned to him based on skills, experience, sincerity, and time. A comfortable work environment, friendly and mutually supportive co-workers, and caring leaders will provide positive motivation at work. Employees will work for hand in hand with joy. Healthy competition in organizations or agencies. This study uses library research to examine the improvement of employee performance. The study results show that performance is what employees do, so it affects how much they contribute to the agency or organization, including the quality of services provided. Organizations in improving employee performance need the development of appropriate human resources with a supportive work environment. Factors used to enhance employee performance include individual abilities (knowledge, skills), the effort devoted, and organizational support. Employee performance is the result of the thought and energy of an employee on the work done, it can be tangible, seen, and counted in number, but in many cases, the results of thought and energy cannot be trusted and seen, such as ideas and innovations from employees to improve organizational progress.
