<![CDATA[Educational supervision plays a strategic role in improving the quality of teacher professionalism, particularly in terms of discipline and work responsibility. This study aims to analyze educational supervision strategies for improving teacher discipline and responsibility at MTs Laboratorium in Jambi City. The study employed a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection was conducted through observation, in-depth interviews with the principal and teachers, and documentation studies of supervision programs and reports. Data analysis was conducted interactively through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, while maintaining data validity through triangulation of sources and techniques.The results indicate that educational supervision strategies at MTs Laboratorium in Jambi City are implemented in a planned, sustainable manner, and are oriented towards professional development. Supervision serves not only as administrative oversight but also develops into a humanistic, dialogical, and collaborative mentoring process. This approach has a positive impact on improving teacher discipline, as reflected in punctuality, readiness of learning materials, and consistency of learning implementation. Furthermore, educational supervision also increases teacher responsibility in carrying out pedagogical tasks, conducting learning evaluations, and reflecting on learning practices on an ongoing basis.The findings of this study confirm that the effectiveness of educational supervision is largely determined by the quality of professional interactions between the madrasah principal and teachers. Therefore, educational supervision is a strategic instrument in building a disciplined, responsible, and professional work culture for teachers within the madrasah environment.]]>
