Abstract

Objective: This study aims to design and develop a personal finance recording application for Android using the Flutter framework to enhance user convenience in managing daily financial transactions. Method: The research employed a system development methodology comprising requirement analysis, interface design, implementation using Flutter, and integration of a local SQLite database through the Drift package. Results: The resulting application, Money Tracker, enables users to record financial activities in real time, generate visual reports through pie chart representations, and utilize a chatbot feature for interactive assistance. The application demonstrates efficiency, user-friendliness, and functional reliability in supporting personal financial management. Novelty: This study contributes an innovative integration of Flutter and Drift-based local database technology with interactive visualization and chatbot support, offering a comprehensive and accessible solution for managing personal finances on mobile platforms.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the “Design of a Website-Based Fruit Seed Information System” in Tulangan District, Sidoarjo Regency, as a technological innovation to enhance agricultural management within the context of globalization and the Industrial Revolution 4.0. Method: The research employed a developmental and testing approach, where 10 users participated in system trials to assess usability, response time, and data accuracy. The system utilized a MySQL database and was evaluated based on service speed, data input success, and user satisfaction. Results: The findings revealed that the average service time was reduced to 5 minutes—significantly faster than manual transactions—with 80% of users successfully entering data and 90% expressing satisfaction with the system’s ease of use. The average seller response time ranged between 2–5 minutes, and all transactions were encrypted to ensure data security. Novelty: This study presents an innovative integration of digital technology into the agricultural sector, demonstrating how a web-based system can streamline seed sales, promote digital literacy among farmers, and improve agricultural productivity through efficient information management.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to develop a web-based printing ordering information system to improve the efficiency and service quality of Duta Printing & Copy, a business that previously relied on manual order recording methods. Method: The research applies a system development approach using PHP as the programming language and a MySQL database to manage order, payment, and customer data. The system design follows the waterfall model, including analysis, design, implementation, and testing stages to ensure reliability and usability. Results: The developed web-based system successfully accelerates the ordering process, minimizes human error, and provides real-time access to payment and order status information. This improvement enhances operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Novelty: The study presents an integrated digital solution tailored for small-scale printing businesses, bridging the gap between traditional manual services and digital automation, thereby offering a practical model for digital transformation in local service enterprises.
