Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan upaya perbaikan dalam menurunkan cacat produk Garnish-Assembly Tailgate pada proses painting menggunakan pendekatan metode DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). Berdasarkan diagram Pareto, cacat yang mendominasi pada produk GarnishAssembly Tailgate adalah cacat butsu dan hajiki. Langkah perbaikan dilakukan menggunakan FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) dapat menurunkan jumlah cacat produk ini, yang ditunjukkan dengan penurunan nilai DPMO (Defects per Million Opportunities) sebesar 31,91% serta peningkatan nilai sigma dari 2,90 menjadi 3,10. Kata Kunci: DMAIC, DPMO, Six Sigma, FMEA

The purpose of this research is to see the effectiveness of the learning model of Problem Solving and Problem Posing in terms of the critical thinking skills of 4th grade students.the subject of this research is 4th grade in Bringin Elementary School 01 as 28 students dan Bringin 02 elementary school as 24 students. Data collection techniques using observation and tests. The research instrument uses RPP Problem Solving and Problem Posing, than istrument of students critical thinking. Data analysis used was quantitative description analysis as a prerequisite test, T test, and N-Gain. The results of hypothesis testing, with the t-sig (2-tailed) test obtained 0,000 < 0,05 with tcount 4,812 > ttable 2,012 then H0 is rejected which means there are differences in the critical thinking mathematics skills. That’s can provable with increase critical thinking students grade 4th in Bringin 01 Elementary School use Problem Solving model with first condition is 70,43 increase 15%. The increase of critical thinking students grade 4 in Bringin 02 Elementary School used Probem Posing with first condition is 70,43 increase be 87,18 with increase 17%. This condition to indicate Problem Posing model more effective than Probem Solving model reviewed by increased critical thinking mathematics.

There are several factors that can affect children's development that is not fulfilled, namely, poverty, malnutrition, high levels of family and environmental stress that cause children to be exposed to violence, abuse, and lack of attention and learning opportunities. Children who do not have enough learning time or even do not have the same opportunity to learn can affect their motor development, for example, the brain damage that does not support children to develop motor skills. Lack of research that discusses the developmental picture in children aged 4-5 years, so researchers are interested in doing this research. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of children aged 4-5 years in Pelangi Kindergarten, Anrang Village, Bonto Masunggu Hamlet, Bulukumba Regency in 2020. The method used in this research is descriptive design, which aims to get a picture of the development of children aged 4-5 years in Kindergarten Pelangi, Anrang Village, Kec. Rilau Ale. The population in this study was 31 respondents and the sample size was 31 child respondents in Kindergarten Pelangi, Anrang Village, Kec. Rilau ale. The results obtained are that the researcher found the results of 31 respondents with the highest motor development results in accordance with the number of 21 respondents (67.7%), while with the lowest development there were deviations with respondent 3 (9.7%). The conclusion and suggestion are that there is a description of the development of children in Kindergarten Pelangi, Anrang Village, Kec. Rilau Ale

Plantation of jelutung rawa (Diera lowii) project has been conducted by many local peoples, aspecialy at the Pulang Pisau District, Central Kalimantan. The purpose of this research was to analyze the growth of Jelutung rawa (Diera lowii) at the Peat Swamp Land in Pulang Pisau District, Cetral Kalimantan. The research was conducted at Jabiren Village, Pulang Pisau Disttrict, Central Kalimantan start from July to September 2019. Researct result showed that mean annual increment (MAI)-diameters of jelutung rawa at 4, 6, 7, 10, 12 dan 13 years old namely 2.52 cm-2, 2.52 cm-2, 2.80 cm-2, 2.22 cm2 , 2,14 cm-2 and 2,02 cm-2 respectively. Meanwhile, at the same of ages, height of jelutung rawa namely 4.88 m, 6.50 m, 10.84 m, 11.29 m, 16.17 m, and 19.30 m respectively. Polynomial growth model of jelutung rawa for their diameter and height are y = - 3.825941 + 4.1244995x + (-0.140316) x 2 and y = 3.562047 + 0.212857x + 0.72187x2 respectively with coefficient of determination namely 62% and 82% respectively.

Artikel ini akan dibahas terkait best practice pengembangan dan proses validasi penciptaan “karya seni pertunjukan teater anak berbasis kebudayaan Panji” yang mengadopsi dari kisah Panji dan memiliki nilai kebaharuan pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian pengembangan penciptaan karya seni ini dilakukan melalui tahap konseptual, operasional, dan validasi ahli. Tahap konseptual meliputi (1) penulisan naskah, (2) merancang desain pertunjukkan, (3) pembuatan desain gerak, (4) pembuatan desain music, (5) pembuatan desain properti, dan (6) pembuatan desain artistik/setting; Tahap operasional meliputi (1) casting aktor, (2) proses pembuatan pertunjukkan secara keseluruhan, dan (3) tata rias dan busana. Melalui proses validasi ahli, produk dinyatakan memiliki tingkat originalitas, kebaharuan, dan keterterapan karya yang tinggi/valid untuk digunakan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan positif efikasi diri dengan hasil belajar matematika materi pecahan pada siswa kelas III SDN se-Kecamatan Karangsambung tahun ajaran 2020/2021 dan (2) mengetahui besarnya sumbangan efikasi diri terhadap hasil belajar matematika materi pecahan pada siswa kelas III SDN se-Kecamatan Karangsambung tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasi. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 263 siswa di sepuluh SDN di Kecamatan Karangsambung. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi pearson product moment dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05 dan menggunakan sumbangan efektif. Uji prasyarat analisis menggunakan normalitas dan linieritas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara efikasi diri dan hasil belajar matematika materi pecahan dengan nilai r hitung (0,403) > r tabel (0,121). Efikasi diri memberikan sumbangan terhadap hasil belajar matematika sebesar 16,3%. Hasil penelitian ini telah sesuai dengan teori yang ada dan didukung pula dengan penelitian yang relevan.

The problem occurs when the number of human resources for health workers, mainly the number of specialistdoctors, is not comparable to the number of hospitals in Indonesia, particularly in type C regional generalhospitals. Currently, many private hospitals are competing to provide better and quality services. When theyare sick, many people choose a hospital with a much better and modern service. It becomes a concern for thegovernment to meet its citizens’ basic needs in the health sector. The problem that lies behind the researchersto write is Regulation of the Minister of Health No.3 of 2020 on Hospital Classification and License to findout a legal review of specialist doctor services at type C regional general hospital. Based on the analysis ofthe Regulation of the MinisterNo. 3 of 2020 on hospital classification and license, the regulation does notregulate the minimum requirements for specialist doctors in each hospital classification. It causes an unequaldistribution of specialist doctors in type C regional general hospital and results in the unequal quality ofhealth services throughout Indonesia.

Kemiskinan menjadi salah satu indikator kesejahteraan pembangunan disuatu daerah. Semakin tinggi tingkat kemiskinan suatu daerah maka akan mengindikasikan bahwa kualitas pembangunan masyarakat di daerah tersebut rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memodelkan dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kemiskinan di provinsi Aceh tahun 2016-2020. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan sumber data sekunder yang diperoleh dari badan pusat statistika (BPS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model yang sesuai dengan data kemiskinan provinsi Aceh tahun 2016-2020 adalah model regresi data panel dengan pengaruh tetap (Fixed effect model). Faktor-faktor yang signifikan mempengaruhi kemiskinan yaitu indek pembangunan manusia, angka kesakitan, dan laju pertumbuhan penduduk dengan nilai R squared yang tinggi sebesar 97.14 % .

In elementary schools (SD), KIT IPA equipment is used to practice teaching and learning activities that teachers have not used to their full potential. Kit of knowledge and management abilities Teachers require IPA SD to advance their school. The management of KIT IPA is less effective and has become a major issue for elementary schools (SD) Group IV Cakranegara. The goal of this community service activity is to teach people about the names of the tools in some SD IPA KIT IPA SD, how to use them, and how to use KIT IPA SD in the learning process. This devotional activity employs lecture methods, simulations, and practical work. This activity was held in SD Negeri 1 Cakranegara, with as many as 28 teachers participating. The activities' outcomes demonstrated that participants gained knowledge and skills on how to teach IPA by utilizing KIT IPA tools for practical work activities. Based on observations from practical work, the average value of process skills of teachers was 70 and classified quite well. The positive response from teachers in mentoring activities indicates that this activity is running smoothly, and it is expected that there will be additional training for other KIT equipment as a result of this activity.

Wilayah Dusun Bakungan, Wedomartani, Ngemplak, Sleman terdiri atas pemukiman dan wilayahpersawahan. Di wilayah persawahan terdapat sistem pengairan yang dapat berfungsi dengan sangat baik,yaitu saluran sekunder dan saluran tersier, sehingga petani tidak pernah kekurangan air di musimkemarau, namun di musim hujan air juga masih terkendali. Di dusun ini terdapat sebuah kelompok tanibernama “Sri Mulyo” yang saat ini beranggotakan 77 orang anggota petani dan seluruhnya warga DusunBakungan. Permasalahan-permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra antara lain adalah kemampuanmanajemen pengurus kelompok masih perlu ditingkatkan, pengetahuan dan pemahaman mitra tentangteknologi budidaya pertanian masih kurang memadai, petani masih melakukan sebagian kegiatanpertanian secara manual, belum menggunakan teknologi yang tepat. Program pengabdian kepadamasyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tahapan: peningkatan kemampuan manajerial pengurus (terutamadalam hal pembukuan), peningkatan pengetahuan mitra dalam hal budidaya pertanian, peningkatanpemahaman mitra dalam hal mekanisasi budidaya pertanian. Luaran dari program ini adalah terjadinyatransfer of knowledge dalam bidang pengelolaan keuangan, manajemen lahan, dan penanggulangan OPT,serta penambahan alat mekanisasi pertanian berupa cultivator. Adapun dampaknya adalah efektivitaskegiatan pertanian, efisiensi sumber daya pertanian, kepuasan anggota kelompok tani “Sri Mulyo”, danakhirnya akan bermuara pada peningkatan income anggota kelompok yang dapat meningkatkan tingkatkesejahteraan mereka.
