Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the writing school Program in honing the self-efficacy of students through verbal persuasion in Pondok Pesantren Putri Walisongo Cukir Jombang. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to the method of data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that this program effectively increases the confidence of students in writing. This is indicated by the increased self-efficacy of students after obtaining consistent verbal support from teachers and peers, as well as a supportive learning environment. The Program also facilitates the improvement of critical thinking skills, writing Systematics, and good use of language. However, there are obstacles such as limited facilities and infrastructure, lack of reference book collection, and lack of access to supporting technology. These findings emphasize the importance of the role of teachers and peers in providing constructive verbal persuasion to improve students ' self-efficacy, especially in writing skills.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to create a ready-to-wear fashion design that integrates Banyuwangi cultural values through the transformation of the Oling Elephant Batik motif and the anatomical character of the elephant into a contemporary fashion silhouette. The methods used with the stages of research on the creation of works include pre-design, design, realization, and presentation. In the pre-design stage, an exploration of the study of the philosophy of the Elephant Oling, analysis of elephant anatomy as a source of shape, and the selection of materials and textile techniques. The planning stage produces alternative sketches and is created at the embodiment stage covering patterns, material cuts, sewing and finishing. The results of the study show that the integration of cultural values, shape transformation and textile manipulation can produce ready-to-wear clothing that is aesthetic, functional and has narrative power. This research affirms the potential of contemporary fashion as a medium of cultural revitalization and offers a new model of approach in symbolic-based design. Further research is recommended to examine user responses and the potential for collection development at a production scale.

Abstract

Masa remaja adalah fase perkembangan yang rentan terhadap berbagai tekanan termasuk bullying dan perubahan sosial yang dapat berdampak pada kesehatan mental. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh bullying, kecerdasan emosional, dan dukungan sosial terhadap kesehatan mental remaja di salah satu SMP di Kabupaten Blitar. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan melibatkan 42 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner selama awal bulan April hingga akhir bulan Juni dan dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesehatan mental remaja. Sebaliknya bullying dan dukungan sosial tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan secara statistik. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kecerdasan emosional merupakan faktor kunci dalam menjaga stabilitas mental remaja meskipun faktor sosial seperti perlakuan dari lingkungan dan dukungan dari sekitar tetap memiliki peran penting yang tidak boleh diabaikan dalam upaya menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang sehat dan suportif.
