<![CDATA[This study describes Total Quality Management (TQM) practices and their perceived relationship with community interest in enrollment at TK Aisyiyah Pembina Banguntapan. A qualitative single case study design was employed. Data were collected through four semi structured interviews with four informants, consisting of the principal and three school committee members who were also parents, supported by non participant observations, WhatsApp group monitoring, and documentation. Data were analyzed through data reduction, coding, thematic categorization, comparison across data sources, and triangulation. The findings show that TQM practices were implemented through identifying parents’ needs, evaluation based quality planning, stakeholder involvement, learning standardization, integration of religious and life skill programs, teacher competence development, responsive communication, and continuous service improvement. These practices were perceived by stakeholders as supporting parental trust and community interest through perceived service quality, religious value alignment, teacher responsiveness, communication, accessibility, reputation, and social recommendations. However, changes in enrollment from 56 applicants in 2024/2025 to 73 in 2025/2026 represent descriptive enrollment dynamics and do not demonstrate that TQM directly caused enrollment growth. The study contributes a contextual understanding of TQM practices in a faith based early childhood education institution.]]>
