Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style on employee loyalty through job satisfaction among employees of PT PLN Nusantara Power, Pulo Pisang Diesel Power Generation Service Unit (ULPLTD), Sigli, Aceh. The sample size of this study was 43 respondents. The research data were collected through questionnaires and documentation studies. Data processing was carried out using quantitative data analysis techniques. The statistical tool used to test the functional relationship between the dependent variable (bound variable) and the independent variable (free variable) was path analysis at a 95% confidence level (a = 0.05). The results of the study indicate that leadership style influences employee loyalty among employees of PT PLN Nusantara Power Diesel Power Plant Service Unit (ULPLTD) Pulo Pisang, Sigli, Aceh.
