Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in RW 02, Cibiru Wetan Village, Cileunyi Subdistrict, Bandung Regency face weak administrative practices and an uncoordinated supply chain, leaving product distribution among six partner MSMEs to be handled individually. This community service program aimed to strengthen MSME administrative governance while introducing a Supply Chain Management (SCM) framework supported by a digital system to enable joint supply chain coordination. The program applied a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, comprising an initial assessment of partner conditions, joint planning, implementation of three sequential training sessions (administration, SCM, and the digital system), and initial follow-up action. The activity was held on 9 August 2026 at MDT Al-Hasan, Cikoneng 2 Hamlet, RW 02, Cibiru Wetan Village, attended by 24 participants consisting of MSME owners and local residents. As the core intervention, the service team developed and tested a web-based SCM information system integrating a product catalog, stock data, and ordering flow for the six partner MSMEs, coordinated centrally through the RW Administrator. Results show that the system functioned properly during initial testing and received a positive response from participants. This activity represents an early stage of empowerment directed at supporting future improvements in sales capacity and product distribution, and therefore requires continued mentoring to ensure sustainable impact.
