Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the application of the SQ3R method in improving understanding of Arabic texts and to determine the extent to which the understanding of Arabic text was increased through the SQ3R method. This study used a qualitative approach with a classroom action research (CAR) strategy. The subjects of this study were students of class VII B MTs Nurul Yaqin Legok Tangerang. Sources of data used: (1) informants, namely Arabic teachers in class VII B MTs Nurul Yaqin who are easy to communicate with (2) data or documents, in the form of reading texts, photos of teaching and learning activities, student test results, transcripts of interviews with students and teacher. The data collection technique used was data triangulation which included: (1) observation / observation, (2) interviews, and (3) documentation (4) written test assessments. The research process was carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of four stages, namely: (1) planning the action, (2) implementing the action, (3) observing, and (4) analyzing and reflecting. Based on the results of research carried out that the SQ3R method was able to improve students' understanding of Arabic text. With an average acquisition of 64 on the pre-test results, then increased in cycle I with an average of 84, then increased again in cycle II with an average result. Average 95.5. with an average comparison of 20 between the pre-test and post-test cycle I, and the comparison between cycle I and cycle II, namely 11.5.

Abstract

This paper tries to reveal the relationship of interpersonal relation and work environment toward job satisfaction of employees in ma'had Muhammadiyah Daarul Ulum Majenang Cilacap. This research was carried out on all existing active employee, which are 50 people. This study utilizes the instrument test and hypothesis test through SPSS 16.0 for Windows. The findings show that based on the t test, the value of tcount is 3.147> t table 1.299 and the significant value is 0.003 <0.05. Therefore, it can be claimed that partially interpersonal relations (X1) significantly influence employee job satisfaction. While the work environment variable tcount 10.390> ttable 1.299 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Consequently, it can be claimed that partially work environment consist of a substantial influence on employee job satisfaction. Based on the F test, Fcount 194.06> Ftable 3.19. Hence, it proved that interpersonal relations and work environment jointly influence job contentment. Furthermore, the analysis of determination shows a significant contribution from interpersonal relations and work environment on employee job contentment, as obtained R square (R2) of 0.892. Thus, 89.2% of employee job satisfaction is influenced by interpersonal relations and work environment, while the remaining 10.8% is affected by different variables which is not executed in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh keadilan organisasi termasuk keadilan distributif, prosedural, dan informasional terhadap perilaku berbagi pengetahuan serta niat keluar karyawan pada sebuah organisasi. Data diperoleh dari 199 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keadilan distributif, prosedural, dan informasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perilaku berbagi pengetahuan, dengan keadilan informasional memiliki pengaruh terbesar. Keadilan distributif dan informasional juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat keluar, namun keadilan prosedural tidak terbukti berpengaruh. Selain itu, perilaku berbagi pengetahuan ditemukan memiliki hubungan positif terhadap niat keluar, mengindikasikan bahwa karyawan yang aktif berbagi pengetahuan berpotensi memiliki kecenderungan lebih tinggi untuk meninggalkan organisasi. Temuan ini mengungkap kompleksitas hubungan antara persepsi keadilan, perilaku prososial, dan turnover intention, serta menekankan perlunya pengelolaan keadilan dan komunikasi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan retensi karyawan. Implikasi teori dan praktik sumber daya manusia dibahas sebagai kontribusi terhadap pengembangan literatur keadilan organisasi dan manajemen pengetahuan
