Abstract

This research aimed to test influence between service quality, customers satisfaction also interaction between service quality and customers satisfaction in the building of customers trust of Supermarket. This research efforted in Pamella supermarket in Yogyakarta. Sample categorized with sampling convenience method and purposive sampling. Data collection effored by giving list of question to the respondent that is contains about service quality, customer satisfaction and customer’s trust. This research use Moderator Regression Analysis. In the other side, T test and F tests are used to test asked hypothesis. The result of partially regression coefficient test with T test shows taht service quality, custoemer satisfaction also interaction betwee them influence significantly to customer’s trust. In the other side coefficient regression test’s result shows taht variables of service quality, customer’s satisfaction also interaction between them both influence to customer’s trust. Variables of service quality and customer’s satisfaction are able to explain customer’s trust variable up to 98,6% and the rest is 1,4% caused by another variable taht is not included in the research model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa apakah kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan mahasiswa berpengaruh terhadap trust mahasiswa pada mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Ahmad Dahlan Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk jurusan Manajemen. Sampel ditetapkan dengan metode random sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menberikan daftar pertanyaan pada responden tentang kualitas pelayanaan, kepuasan mahasiswa dan trust mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hipotesis diuji dengan uji t dan uji F. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan mahasiswa, secara parsial dan simultan, dipengaruhi trust mahasiswa. Kualitas Pelayanan dan variabel kepuasan menjelaskan 68,9% terhadap trust mahasiwa, sejumlah 30,2 % dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model penelitian.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of income of women traders on the domestic kiosk and analyzes the factors that influence the level of income of women traders at the kiosk households in Umbulharjo Gondomanan District and sub-district of Yogyakarta. These factors include venture capital, working hours, and the amount of labor. The test results are individually regression coefficient indicates that the variable amount of venture capital and the amount of labor a significant effect on income levels. While the variable working hours no significant effect on the level of income.

Abstract

The   development   of   payment   systems  in   Indonesia   is  in   line   with   the  global   technological advancements and followed by new innovations, including the presence of e-money.As a subsidiary of  PT Aplikasi  Karya Anak  Bangsa  (Go-Jek),  PT  Dompet Anak  Bangsa  is the holder  of  the  Go- Pay  e-money license and  included  as one of  32  companies  that have obtained  license as  e-money operators from Bank Indonesia. Despite the current high transaction growth of Go-Pay, it may not survive without any efforts to improve its service quality and expand the consumer preferences in using  Go-Pay. Therefore,  it  is necessary to  identify  the factors that  influence behavioral  intention in  using  Go-Pay. This  study  aims to  examine  and determine the factors  that influence  behavioral intention in using Go-Pay with the modified Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology2  Model  (UTAUT 2).  This  study  uses a quantitative  method  with  a  questionnaire  as the research instrument. The population of this study is Go-Pay users in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The method  of  data analysis is SEM-PLS.   The  results showed  that there were  three  factors that were significant in influencing people?s interest in using Go-Pay, namely: Habit, Facilitating Condition, and Price Value.

Abstract

Retail business in Indonesia has developed quite rapidly in the last few years with various forms and types. Competition in the retail or retail business which is currently increasingly fierce forces retail or retail business entrepreneurs to compete with each other to try to attract the attention of consumers. This study aims to determine and analyze the variables of service quality, satisfaction and price partially or jointly with purchasing decisions at the Nabila supermarket in Yogyakarta. In this study the sample used was a portion of Nabila Yogyakarta self-service consumers using Purposive Sampling techniques totaling 100 people. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are that Service Quality has a positive and significant influence on the purchasing decisions of Nabila Supermarket customers in Yogyakarta with a regression coefficient of 0.409 (positive) and a tcount of 3.351 and a probability of error (p) = 0.001. Satisfaction variable has a positive and significant influence on the purchasing decisions of Nabila Supermarket customers in Yogyakarta with a regression coefficient of 0.249 (positive) and a tcount of 2.466 and p = 0.015. Price variable has a positive and significant influence on customer purchasing decisions in Nabila Yogyakarta with a regression coefficient of 0.336 (positive) and the significance test for the coefficient obtained is 3.751 and p = 0.000. Variable Service Quality, Satisfaction and Price simultaneously influence the customer purchasing decisions on users of Yogyakarta Nabila Supermarket with F statistics obtained by Fcount of 17.961 and the probability of error (p) = 0,000.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out product attributes effect and attribute motivation to purchase ads on Honda Vario. The population in this study are all citizens of district Pandak ever bought and used Honda Vario. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. Characteristics of sampled respondents who are residents of districts Pandak ever bought and used Honda Vario motorcycles 17 year old and over. The data was collected by distributing questionaires to a sample of the 100 people. Based on the analysis by t-test of the product attribute variables (X1) obtained the result of probability (0.007), and attribute variables (X2) obtained the probability (0.0001) with significantly the level of 5% (0.05). the probability of two independent variables are smaller than the significance level of 0.05. So based on that analysis can be concluded that the product attributes and attribute partially ads have a significant influence on purchase motivation Honda Vario.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze whether there is a difference in financial performance (measured by the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Debt to Total Assets Ratio, Total Assets Turn Over, Return on Investment and Net Profit Margin) the acquire in 2 years before and 2 years after merger acquisition. Grouping of the population being sampled is done non-probability conducted by the method of “purposive sampling” and acquired 13 companies the sample population of 19 companies. Analysis of the measured data of different test receipts, before going to the normality test analyzed the data, if the data are not normally distributed then analysis used in this study is a Paired Sample t-test, and if the data are not normally distributed then testing using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test using a significance level of 0.05. Test results using paired sample t-test showed that financial performance is measured by analysis of the Current Ratio, Total Asset Turn Over, Return on Investment and Net Profit Margin there is no difference, while for financial performance as measured by analysis of Debt to Total Assets Ratio indicates there financial performance difference between the 2 years before and 2 years post-merger acquisition. Then testing using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test showed no difference in financial performance as measured by Debt to Equity Ratio analysis in the 2 years before and after the merger acquisitions.

Abstract

The monetary situation and the movement of macroeconomic variables are things  that  must be considered  an  investor  in  the  stock  trading activity in a country. The economic  situation  and  fluctuations  in  macro  variables  in  one country  can  affect  the  stock  price,  including  the  oil  and  gas  mining  sub-sector. This  study aimed to examine  the effect of  macroeconomic variables, namely exchange rate, interest rate, and unemployment rate to stock prices.  This study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study are all oil and gas mining sub-sector  companies  listed  in  Indonesia  Stock  Exchange  in  the  period  2012-2017. Sample selection technique is by using purposive sampling method. Based on  predetermined  criteria,  acquired 7 oil  and  gas  mining  sub-sector  companies sampled in this study. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression analysis.  The results showed that the variables  simultaneously exchange  rate, interest rate, and  unemployment rate significant effect on stock price of oil and gas mining sub-sector  companies. Partially, variable Exchange Rate and Interest  Rate was  a  significant  influence  on stock price, while the variable Unemployment Rates no significant influence on stock price.
