Abstract

The increasing complexity of corporate healthcare management has accelerated the need for digital transformation in Medical Check Up (MCU) services. In large organizations, conventional MCU management often produces fragmented health data, delayed reporting, and limited analytical capabilities, reducing the effectiveness of strategic health-related decision-making. This study aims to develop a digital transformation model for MCU services that supports Intelligent Corporate Health Decision-Making. A qualitative case study approach was employed in a large Indonesian corporation implementing annual MCU programs. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with key stakeholders, document analysis, and field observations. The data were analyzed using Grounded Theory through open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. The findings reveal that successful digital transformation of MCU services is shaped by the integration of high-quality information systems, reliable health information, organizational readiness, user competence, leadership support, and socio-technical alignment. These factors collectively enhance the organization's capability to generate timely, accurate, and actionable health intelligence for strategic decision-making. The study proposes an integrated conceptual model that combines the Information System Success Model and Sociotechnical Systems Theory to explain how digitalized MCU services create organizational value through intelligent health decision-making. This model represents the study's primary theoretical contribution while offering practical guidance for organizations seeking to optimize corporate health management through digital transformation, data integration, and evidence-based decision support.
