Abstract

This study entitled “Implementation of the Diverse, Nutritious, Balanced, and Safe (B2SA) Program in Preventing Stunting at SD Negeri 109 Palembang in 2025” aims to analyze and describe the implementation of the B2SA Program as an effort to support stunting prevention among elementary school students. This research was motivated by the limited understanding of students and teachers regarding healthy food consumption patterns and the increasing habit of consuming unhealthy snacks among students. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using George C. Edwards III’s policy implementation theory, which includes four main aspects: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The findings indicate that the implementation of the B2SA Program at SD Negeri 109 Palembang has been conducted effectively. Communication was carried out through coordination between government institutions and the school, as well as through educational activities supported by accessible learning media. The program was supported by adequate human resources, facilities, and positive commitment from stakeholders. Furthermore, task distribution and coordination mechanisms between related parties were clearly established. The implementation of the B2SA Program has increased students’ awareness of the importance of consuming diverse, nutritious, balanced, and safe food. Continuous education, regular socialization, and support from schools and teachers are needed to ensure sustainable implementation and strengthen stunting prevention efforts.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Level 1 Procurement of Goods and Services (PBJ) Training and Competency Testing at the Regional Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDMD) of South Sumatra Province in 2025. The study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods through interviews, observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The results indicate that the implementation of Level 1 PBJ training and competency testing has been running well in accordance with the provisions of the Government Goods/Services Procurement Policy Agency (LKPP). The success of the program is supported by effective communication, adequate resource availability, high commitment and responsibility of implementers, and a clear and coordinated bureaucratic structure. Despite several administrative obstacles and budget limitations, program implementation remains effective through ongoing monitoring and evaluation mechanisms. Overall, this program has been able to support the improvement of the competency of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the procurement of goods and services and strengthen professionalism in carrying out government duties.
