<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the implementation of remedial instruction, the obstacles encountered, and the efforts made to overcome these obstacles in the Pancasila Education subject for Grade X students at SMA Negeri 1 Tigo Nagari. The study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Research informants included the Pancasila Education teacher, the Deputy Principal for Curriculum Affairs, and students participating in the remedial program. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. Data validity was ensured through source and technique triangulation. The results indicate that remedial instruction is conducted for students who have not met the Learning Objective Mastery Criteria (KKTP) through a process involving the identification of learning difficulties, re-explanation of material, practice exercises, additional assignments, and re-evaluation. Obstacles identified include time constraints, low learning motivation, difficulty understanding the material, and low student self-confidence. Efforts made by the teacher include providing motivation, re-teaching, assigning practice and additional tasks, adopting a personal approach, and managing time flexibly. Thus, the implementation of remedial instruction has helped students improve their understanding and learning outcomes, although more optimal efforts are still required to address the various obstacles associated with its implementation.]]>
