Abstract

This study aims to describe the performance management functions of educational personnel in administrative services at MTsS Satu Atap Datok Sulaiman Palopo, Boys' Division. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation, and were analyzed using an interactive analysis model consisting of data collection, data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the performance management functions of educational personnel have been implemented through the stages of planning, organizing, implementation, as well as supervision and evaluation. These functions are supported by well-structured work programs, clear task distribution, the utilization of the Education Management Information System (EMIS) and the Teacher and Educational Personnel Information System (SIMPATIKA), as well as regular supervision and performance evaluation. Administrative services have fulfilled the dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, enabling the provision of orderly, prompt, responsive, and effective services to students and the school community. Thus, the implementation of the performance management functions of educational personnel supports the delivery of effective administrative services that are responsive to the needs of the madrasah community
