Abstract

Adolescents living in orphanages face psychosocial challenges and difficulties in future orientation due to limited family support and social networks. This community service program aimed to improve psychosocial well-being, career readiness, and psychopreneurship mindset through DHARMA YUWONO CAREER HUB. The program comprised five components: Career Hub Corner, Career Passport, Career Readiness App-Lite, Dharma Youth Enterprise, and Youth Mentor Network. Program evaluation used a 30-item Likert scale covering three domains in the pretest and posttest, complemented by participants’ qualitative reflections. Results showed that participants had relatively high initial psychological capital, reaching 80.22% of the maximum score, which increased to 83.79% after the intervention. The greatest improvement occurred in career readiness (5.30%), followed by psychopreneurship mindset (4.49%) and psychosocial well-being (3.51%). Qualitative findings indicated enhanced self-discovery, confidence, future orientation, and ability to develop Career Passports and curricula vitae.
