Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a significant role in promoting economic growth through job creation and increased local economic activity. However, many MSME owners continue to face challenges in financial record-keeping, business management, tax administration, and the adoption of digital technology. This community service program aimed to strengthen the capacity of MSME owners in financial management and business digitalization through training and mentoring based on practical applications. The program was implemented through field observations, problem identification, mentoring module development, educational sessions, hands-on practice, questionnaire distribution, and evaluation. The mentoring covered basic tax education, business transaction recording, cash flow management, QRIS utilization, and sustainable business management strategies. Lecturers and students participated as part of community service-based learning activities. The results showed improved understanding of financial record-keeping, the separation of personal and business finances, and the use of digital payment systems in business operations. The program also enhanced participants' ability to manage business administration more systematically and efficiently. The resulting mentoring module and community service article are expected to support the sustainable development and digital transformation of MSMEs.
