Since nurses are the most visible to patients, nursing performance will describe hospital performance. The performance of nurses is part of the values that are important for patients in the quality of hospital services. Because of different perceptions of nurses’ performance, comments and protests from patients’ families who are dissatisfied with hospital services still occur over time, but it is difficult to prove the authenticity of such events and comments. The role of training, supervision, environment, and commitment is important for improving the performance of nurses.
