<![CDATA[This community service activity aims to examine strategies for strengthening human competencies in the face of technological disruption through a national seminar entitled "Human Resource Transformation in the Digital Era: A Cross-Disciplinary Approach for Sustainable Community Empowerment." This seminar featured expert speakers from various universities to provide multidimensional perspectives for participants. The discussion focused on digital technology integration, organizational culture adaptation, and management innovation in an effort to increase community economic resilience. The implementation method was carried out through intensive material presentations and interactive discussions that connected academic theory with practical needs in the field. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' awareness and understanding of the importance of digital literacy and cross-disciplinary collaboration as the key to inclusive empowerment. Through synergy between academics, the seminar succeeded in formulating strategic recommendations for the development of adaptive, innovative, and globally competitive human resources. It is hoped that the output of this activity can become a catalyst for the creation of sustainable community independence amidst the dynamics of the rapidly evolving digital ecosystem.
