Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between capital structure and firm value and profitability as a mediator. This study uses quantitative research methods. Sampling in this study uses Non Probability Sampling with Purposive Sampling techniques. The type of data used is secondary data with a sample of 17 technology sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2025 period. The data analysis tool used is panel data regression analysis with the help of Eviews 12 and hypotheses are tested using the T-test and Sobel test. From the results of the regression analysis, partial test results indicate that capital structure and profitability have a significant effect on firm value, and capital structure has a significant effect on profitability. The results of the mediation test indicate that profitability is able to mediate the effect of capital structure on firm value.
